Ito yung post sa hiace thread sir.

we have a grandia and a super grandia, the ride is better on the super grandia. have a look at the rear leaf springs on both models and you will see on the grandia gl there is a piece of rubber on the leaf of the lower leaf spring, there is no rubber on the super. I had the lower leaf springs replaced with one without rubber.

Before this pic, I have sighted two of these before. Powered by VVT-I (evidenced by the badge). Both had the blue font diplomatic plates and orange sticker on the rear windshield declaring it as a tax exempt vehicle.

hello all,

i'm currently using an office issued 2000 hi-ace grandia and noticed that FC is quite high already the past few months. the only obvious symptom that i see (or feel) is the loud shudder upon turning the engine off. starting it though is a snap.

mileage is already 220K and in the 3 years that i've been using it, maintenance is just the annual oil and filters change.

hope you can help me pinpoint the things i need to look into should i have this serviced.

Try to use 2T every time you load up with diesel

Given the mileage, you have to check the belts if due for replacement na...kung may loud shudder, pwede ring mga engine or transmission support...

also check if kailangan na ba mag tappets adjustment. im not sure if self adjusting tappets ba or hindi yung engine niyo e
