Been a lurker of Tsikot for quite some time now. Way back when I was customizing my 98 lovelife, then today researching in preparation for 11th Gen purchase on Aug or Sept.

Learned a lot from this thread. I'm planning to purchase Altis G MT at Toyota Alabang since malapit lang sakin. Any feedback from that branch? And should I wait for the 2017 Altis? hehe thanks guys!

I would avoid Toyota Alabang, Too many horror stories. I assume you are from the south, you can go to Toyota Bicutan instead.

Welcome, you could go to toyota alabang, look for bong pasual, classmate from high school, he's a SM there. just tell hime forester and classmate from highschool.. (Cant put my name online)...good luck

Yup, did some backreading today. Mukang madami nga sablay sa Alabang. Kala ko pa naman ok kasi maganda daw yung building. hahaha

Has anyone experienced rattling on the front passenger side? Casa can't seem to fix the issue with mine. I thought it came from the glove compartment kasi.

Usually happens pag nabaklas na yung car, like in your case because of your AC issues.

Best way to go about it is to bring it to the casa, have a seasoned mechanic locate and isolate the source of the rattling, and fix that spot. Mahirap kasi kung babaklasin na naman ng buo.

I'd wait for the facelifted Altis if you're not in a hurry. But from the info available online, it hasn't been launched in SEA. Best indicator that it'll be launched soon locally is if it's launched in Thailand, which hasn't happened yet.

Casa did not even do a road test because they said it is traffic in their area I'll inform them about it again when I bring my car in for repaint. Hopefully they can find the source.
