Ok lang malaki naman nadiscount ko and practical naman ako tao hehe..
Question lang po ang 1000kms check ba talagang wala change oil?
Sabi ng SA ko di daw need pero di ba kelangan yun kasi break in period nya..
Di ko na mahanap yung thread na nabasa ko bout changing oil at 1k pms..

Depende din pag meron supply issue ulit sa Thailand..I would say now is the time to get that sparkling altis if one is looking for thst bang for the buck discounted promos..so much so with the urgency to get a replacement of a dated & creaky ride of mine..

Just back on some errands..gassed up at Chevron on my home then asked what octane ratings Chevron unleaded products got..the gas attendant pointed to the pump stand for Silver with 93 marking in readable font..95 for Gold..nothing for 91..for other oil players update ko na lang next time..

1 week na si altis.. So far so good.. Lamig ng a/c even in the afternoon 25 lang setting ko and lowest fan level.. napansin ko lng ang bilis umakyat ng temp gauge kahit early morning pag-start umaakyat agad,ganun din ba sa inyo? Then pansin ko din sobra init ng engine bay nya when i raise the hood(this is comparing with my other car). Then kanina i checked the oil levels sa engine and tranny.. Yung sa tranny sobra dami ng oil! 3 times higher than "high" level marked in the stick( even way higher than the marked level when measuring when the engine is hot).. May masama na kaya effect yun? Ive used the car for 300kms already..

Went to toyota this morning to let them check AT tranny oil level.. Pag nagccheck pala dapat gamitin muna oto para umakyat oil unlike sa engine na dapat cool para nasa oil pan naman ang oil.. Now i know.. Wala kasi sa manual..

OT: I've been to Toyorama na! I went all the way to QC bec my friend recommended that place. Mechanic dun naka solve ng power steering problem ng big body ko

Mabilis lang yan pards. Cut golf for one Saturday morning and punta ka sa Banawe. Pwede mo rin isingit after your golf game kung tapos ka by lunch time. :D Heck even a siraniko like myself could do it quickly if i had a alligator jack, jack stands, a cross wrench along with a clamp to compress the pistons to fit the thicker new pads. Maganda din sana kung sabayan mo na rin ng fresh brake fluid (flush and refill).

Kung talagang bitin sa time, call the CASA for the price of the pads and labor so you can compare. Yan kasi hassle sa CBD, waang shops na pwedeng pag-iwanan.

If you mean na konti lang "hirap" that's normal. Pero kung sobrang hirap iba na yun. And meron konting "thud" sound kung kaka-start lang sa morning then pag nag warm up na ok na sya. Just from my own experience on my altis.
