Inabot kami ng 30 mins just to stsrt na car. Parang nag lock un manibela. Ginawa na namin un move left and right sa manibela ayaw parin. In the end, nagstart sya, pero ang problema ngayon, hindi matanggal un susi. Hanggang accessories nalang sya. Since nabili ko un unit last month ganun talaga un susi.

your suspicion is correct. either side of the key should work. look closely at the key. do both blades look the same?
either the key is worn out, or the keyhole pins are worn out.
although both can be remedied, i'd start with the key, as it is cheaper. ask the key duplicating man to make you a new key. ask him not to follow the old key too faithfully, para medyo mas mataas ang mga ipin ng bagong susi. see if that helps you manipulate the keyhole.
