yang chattel mortgage ang contract between you and the bank, so hanggang hindi fully paid in force yang chattel mortgage.. nakalagay pati sa CR mo na encumbered yung sasakyan.. pag na fully paid mo na yung oto.. hihingi ka nang release from chattel mortgage sa bank then tsaka pa lang tatanggalin yung word na encumbered don sa CR mo..

wala akong alam na binibigay talaga for free ang chattel mortgage.. siguro ginagawa lang na free ang chattel mortgage kung aabunuhan nang bank manager.. pero malabo yan.. sa in house financing.. minsan sinasabi na free yung chattel mortgage.. pero pag ni compute mo yung monthly mo.. sinasama lang nila to dito.. mapababa mo ito kung lalakihan mo ang down mo.. mas maliit ang uutangin mo sa banko mas mababa ang chattel mortgage..

hmm nung 2007.. ang insurance na binayaran ko don sa avanza 1.5G a/t din.. eh Php17,218.46 lang.. free pa kasi ang AOG non.. given na may fee na ang AOG clause ngayon.. magdadagdag ka nang mga 3T.. so dapat nasa mga 20T+ lang ang insurance w/ AOG na yan..

the interest rate given to you is just a standard rate i think you can still haggle it down to around 29%. you can also go directly to a metro bank branch for a much lower rate. CM fee based on my computation should be around PHP17,101 if your around metro manila.

correct si sir qwerty sa bank branch na free chattel mortgage fee aabonohan lang yan ng branch manager pero mga branch manager lang na di makaqouta ang gagawa nyan. sa in-house nman minsan free din CMfee pero taas nman ng Interest rate, but you can also try TFS sometimes tumatapat din sila ng interest rate ng bank.

just for info lang po...

i just recieve a call from tyt cutormer service (main siguro) and nag servey regarding how was my complaints have been... in short i gave them a very poor assesment.....

anyway, one good thing na nalaman ko is that it is possible to ask/request a service vehicle if in case you need to, this this was not disclosed to me nung binili ko yung unit ko if incase something would go wrong during the warranty period........ just didnt ask the details on how to avail it.......

try to look for the lowest rate possible. BPI also has a low interest rate. also try TFS(Toyota Financing Service), sometimes tinatapatan nila rates ng banks, and also adds freebies to sweeten the deal.

To all avanza 1.3 J owners, magkano ba pinaka mababang cash out ngayon for 1.3J including the registration, chattel mortgage and insurance. 15% & 5 months. Hindi installment yung insurance. Plano ko sanang bumili by end of this year.

mahirap yang salita lang sir.. check nyo yung warranty booklet.. tapos check nyo sa casa kung may mga repairs ba under that plate number.. tapos kung ma check din sa insurance kung may claim..
