so the E variant of Vios is considered high end? i think the lack of TVSS in avanza is more of making the price within the range of target buyers. anyway, I am not debating on this matter.
in case out plans push thru, we'll just have the alarm installed by the casa as adviced.
guys anong tire pressure ang recommended sa Avanza? kahapon kasi napansin ko, medyo mabigat yung load namin at yung right rear wheel eh medyo hirap (kinda flat). Nung pinahanginan ko, i look sa manual, at suggested pressure 36psi for rear wheel. tama ba yun?
thnx fortheboys! i texted my agent and pinatanong ko sa mga mechanics sa casa. dapat daw nasa 30-31. i think i would adhere to that instead. masyadong matigas na ang 36. tnx again!
sabi manual harap 31 psig; likod 35 psig.
pag loaded, better to use at least 35psi
Hello!
2. Lahat minimum 20% Downpayment kung installment.
Usually, tatapatan nil o kaya mag gagandahan nila.
ETO ANG BEST DEAL na makukuha ninyo
1. Lowest Down Payment 20%
2. Less PhP 5,600.00 sa published price
3. Free: 1 Year Insurance with AOG
4. Free Chattel Mortgage
5. Free 3 Years LTO
6. Free Processing Fee
7. Free Wrap Around Tint, Seat Cover, Tools, Rustproofing
Tiyak magbabagsak sila ng more freebies.
thanks for the tip.
regarding the "Best Deal", IMO, low DP doesn't mean it is the best.
remember the lower the DP, the higher the monthly payments you have to make or the longer it take you to fully pat the balance. it also means higher total amount of money you will spend (DP plus monthly payments).
so it actually depends on your financial capacity today (for the DP) and for the next 3 or 4 years (for the monthly payments) on what is the best deal.
some people make a mistake of hastily getting a car based on low DP but have difficulty paying the monthly payment. I always put this in mind that is why my wife and I is trying not to commit such mistake. we are eyeing maybe 50% DP or more if possible.
Hi!
I was just saying that the 20% Downpayment is the lowest Downpayment that is available. What I am referring to as the 'Best Deal" are more on the Discount and Freebees.
Every individual has its own financial situation, needs and wants to deal with. Generally, it is financially sound to pay out a bigger downpayment because in the end, you save from interest cost.
However, this is only true for people who's source of income is purely salary based. But for businessman, it is more cost effective to pay out the lowest downpayment possible and incur interest cost. The money to be used in downpayment (Say 50%)... will be better placed in an income generating business that will pay the cost of the monthly amortization of the vehicle.
Just my two cents.
:-)
Just to add more of my tow cents.
A vehicle is one of the "worst asset" to have. The very second na inilabas mo sa CASA ang vehicle it is already 5% Depreciated. Yes depreciated na and; by the end of 5 years, technically the vehicle is about 80% depreciated. In addition, the maintenance cost.
Personally, I never paid cash for a vehicle... all my current and previous vehicles are being paid by the small businesses that I ventured (using the money that should have been used to pay outright cash or bigger downpayment).
:-)
the low DP was under the "BEST DEAL" heading, hence the comment.
and I already mentioned that the amount of DP depends of the financial capacity of the person buying a car, whether he is a businessmen or a regular salaried employee as you have mentioned.
what is not being mentioned when talking about monthly payments is factor of the peace of mind. lower bills, IMO means more peace of mind. unfortunately, we don't convert this concept into monetary terms. but for me personally, that is what I am assuming to get with low monthly payments. i dont want to be stressed too much thinking of how pay large amount monthly payments. i am not rich that is why.
as for the depreciation, I agree the moment a person gets his vehicle from the dealer, it s depreciated already. some say by as much as 30%.
