mayroon akong nilagay sa mga salamin ko na parang water proofing para mag bead then roll down kaagad ang water droplet. Konting punas lang sa salamin any ok na.

iyon lang nga hindi nahahamugan ang avanza ko. may garahe kasi. :D

again, sorry to butt in pero need to bump up this mini-discussion here since it arose my interest. Just wanted to inquire with sir jujoe and sir medelson regarding the powerlocks and alarm installation. I recently got my Vanzy J from TYT Alabang and balak ko sana pakabit ng door locks (safety first syempre) but as per CASA, hindi pwde locks lang, kelang meron kasama alarm, hence, 9.5K ang damage, as opposed to roughly 4K kung sa labas papakabit. I'm also worried about my warranty, pero since i read your posts na mas mura pala sa ibang TYT, i wanted to try them out.

* Sir Medelson, magkano po damage para sa locks and alarms sa TYT Ortigas?

* Sir Jujoe, nakapag pakabit na po ba kayo ng alarm and locks? where and how much did you spend?

Any inputs or info from you or any other tsikoteers here would be MOST appreicated!

kung malapit ka sa tyt OTIS, doon ako nagpakabit ng alarm with centralized locks. 6k inabot sama na kabit. thunder yung brand. oks naman hanggang ngayon.

btw, samahan mo na rin ng courtesy door switches (2pcs) para sa rear doors mo. nasa 500+ sya, 2pcs na.

Mga Sirs, help naman sa water stain? adhesive stain? sa salamin ko. Pag basa lumalabas ito, sa umaga pag mahamog, kaya dapat tuyo lagi ang salamin ko para hinde kita. medyo hasel pag umuulan.

sakin from TYT Balintawak 7500 central lock and alarm (AVT)...nung una okay naman working perfectly...now my times na biglang nag-aalarm pero for 3 seconds lang siguro. Baka naging sensitive na yung sensor..or my nagalaw yung mga gumawa sa casa ng magpa-15k check up ako

i still have 3 spare hubcaps. Nabenta ko na yung isa. Nilalako ko siya sa mga nawalan/nanakawan ng hubcaps. Di ko alam na may nilabas sila unit na wala hubcaps.

Mga sirs, anyone else here yet selling their stock hubcaps for avanza j?

Many thanks for the heads up and tips, sir puroy. mukhang sa inyo pinaka mura so far na CASA, i hope your purchase was recently. i inquired with TYT Bicutan, 7k daw. Sa TYT shaw, a whopping 10k kung walang ibang mag post na cheaper, i might just make the long trip to OTIS.

CASA estimate cost ng alarm & powerlocks is P9k, gold rich P3400. just being practical.

I noticed that the number 3 fan (front aircon) of the avanza is very loud compared to number 2.

Will using number 3 in the long run will have detrimental effect to the fan system?

Because sometimes in short ride, I prefer not to use aircon with window closed to avoid pollution, so I use the blower only.

The only detrimental effect to the fans is the faster wear because of higher spinning speed. Parang deskfan or standfan lang iyan. Mas mabilis masira kung laging nasa highest speed setting.

Me, I use #3 setting only after starting the engine, and before turning it off.
