The only detrimental effect to the fans is the faster wear because of higher spinning speed. Parang deskfan or standfan lang iyan. Mas mabilis masira kung laging nasa highest speed setting.

Me, I use #3 setting only after starting the engine, and before turning it off.

Me, after starting the engine I switch to 1 after few seconds then 2 after about 2 secs then 3 after another 2 secs while A/C switch (the one I installed myself) is off. When I'm few blocks away to destination I switch to 3 (same procedure) while A/C switch off.

And again I switch off A/C during uphill and hard acceleration....

I noticed that the number 3 fan (front aircon) of the avanza is very loud compared to number 2.

Will using number 3 in the long run will have detrimental effect to the fan system?

Because sometimes in short ride, I prefer not to use aircon with window closed to avoid pollution, so I use the blower only.

Supposed to be, dapat walang problem. iyon kasi naman aang talagang design nya. iyon lang gna kasi, maingay.

cguro sir ma minimize mo yung risk about sa warranty mo kung nagamit mo ng ilang bwan yung avanza mo .and also yung pagpagawan mo me iba ng nagpagawa o nagpakabit dun. dahil pag minalas ang sasabihin mo na lang cguro SANA SA CASA NA LANG. just my 2 cents.

*saka pag papalitin harap -likod ko na po yong gulong para pantay ang kas kas

Many thanks for the heads up and tips, sir puroy. mukhang sa inyo pinaka mura so far na CASA, i hope your purchase was recently. i inquired with TYT Bicutan, 7k daw. Sa TYT shaw, a whopping 10k kung walang ibang mag post na cheaper, i might just make the long trip to OTIS.

I use avanza for delivering volume of slippers. The problem is the rugby smell from the slippers. I want to travel with ac on. So I am forced to open windows.

Meron kayang fuel indicator light ang Avanza 1.3J? Kasi nung nag-park ako sa medyo slope na garahe, nakalagay na yung needle sa E. Pero hindi pa nagla-light yung fuel indicator. And is it a light or blinking?

yup, meron sir nasa taas ng fuel guage...dalawang instances sya.
- 1st instance, mag-lit sya (10 liters left...i think).
- 2nd instance, super bright yung fuel indicator (5 liters or less).

guess ko lang yan sir.

yup, meron sir nasa taas ng fuel guage...dalawang instances sya.
- 1st instance, mag-lit sya (10 liters left...i think).
- 2nd instance, super bright yung fuel indicator (5 liters or less).

Mayroong low fuel indicator. from my estimate, mga 7 liters pa pag nag simulang umilaw.

Observation ko lang pag nag simula ng umilaw, mahina muna then lumalakas ang ilaw hanag bumababa ang dami ng natitirang gas.

If I remember correctly, pag naka park na mas mataas ang harap, bumababa ang pointer sa fuel indicator. pag mas mataas ang likod, tumataas naman.

45 liters ang tank natin. Hindi ko pa nasubukan kumarga ng 40 liters pataas. 39.xx ang pinaka marami mula sa nakailaw ang low fuel indicator till sagad.

I do not think na kaya ng ionizer na kontrahin ang amoy ng rugby.

BTW, gumagamit nga pala ako ng ionizer imbes na air freshner.

Tanong lang uli. Mayroon na bang gumamit ng iridium spark plug sa Avanza? Mas tipid ba ang fuel consumption at puwede bang malaman by how much? Salamat.

Mayroon dati na gumamit ng mamahalin spark plug. kaso mas maganda pa rin daw ang stock na plugs. Pa try na lang ma search ang forum.

Re disc sa harap, I am assuming na ang tinutukoy mo ay ang disc ng disc brakes. Yup, kinakalawang nga ang gilid nito. Possible na gamitan ng hi-temp paint. Kung ipapagawa ito, assuming puwede sa casa, may bayad malamang. pero iyong mismong surface ng disc ay hindi dapat pinturahan.

Every 20K PMS ginagawa ang tire rotation para sabay ang pagka pudpud.
