wala na bang 50T discount?? check mo rin mabuti.. may mga upgrades na hindi pa available sa casa.. so kung may pambili ka naman.. i suggest you go with the G, kasi yung engine hindi mo naman ma u upgrade.. at least yang G naka 1.5 na..

Hi there. newbie here * tsikot.com. in fact this would be my first post. I've been a lurker in this interesting Avanza forum. Yes, this is very informative and helpful especially to newbies like me. From all the vanzy fuzz and testimonials i read with Avanza surpassing everyone's expectation, I am now decided to join the band wagon. I'll be back to Manila this Feb and on my priority is to buy Avanza the soonest. As to which between the 1.3J and 1.5G m/t variant is what confuses me . Obviously, Im biased to 1.3J being the more affordable one. But Im worried that with 1.3, engine might be compromised in the long run.

Btw, the car will be used ~30KM daily with 2 passengers at the most, except on weekends which perhaps could be loaded with 5-6 passengers.

Kung kaya ng budget ang G, get the G than the J. The G has ABS while the J does not. Iba pa rin ang stock na creature comforts, features, trim level compared to duon sa ikinabit na after market.

11 members attended the EB held at the American Cemetery yesterday, January 5, 2008. They were as follows: akal, dfcsantos, ErwinNP, Islaw*Palitaw, jaspi11, Marfin, qwerty, sascha, shadow3616931, spongee & toinktoink.

It was agreed upon to donate P500 each to start the ball rolling. As the appointed treasurer, I collected a total of P 4500 from akal, dfcsantos, Islaw*Palitaw, jaspi11, Marfin, sascha, shadow3616931, spongee & toinktoink. ErwinNP & qwerty will deposit their donation on my account.

As of now, we have acquired the domain www.avanzaclub.ph at US$ 70 (PhP 2870) that is good for 2 years. I'm still waiting for the website forwarding to function. I will post later if this is already working.

The group if planning to have a new sticker for our cars, T-shirt, other projects, etc.


I propose to the members that (1) the P500 donation if good for 10 years membership. If paid annually, membership is at P100; and (2) that Jaspi be our Vice President.

no offense, need pa na ma develop and dedicated website ng avanza club pilipinas i was too excited to join the avanza club but when i visited the web site the sign up link is no where to be found, papano na po kaming interesadong maki join sa club ng avanza pilipinas? ano pong gagawin samantalang napaka hirap po dito hanapin ang toyota avanza club sa tsikot.com eh tambayan po ito ng madaming auto owners...nakiki ride lamang po kayo doon update lang po kung kelan ma fully develop ang dedicated website ng toyota avanza pilipinas club!

wow ! at last i'm back after 5 days of no pldt line kasi pinutol ang cable wire going to our area... kakainis ilan beses na tong na por kilo. kaya i was surprised when jaspi11 text and asked me if i'm coming to the eb. natuloy na pala wala akong idea. pero di rin naman ako makakapunta. kaya hanggang pictures na lang but kahit sa pictures sulit. ang galing nang mga shots! congrats to your successful eb! and congrats also to spongee! anak mong nakapasa so proud mama ka! i'l go for jaspi11 as vice.

i suppose anytime naman pwedeng magdonate in our web, so sali din ako pag medyo not too tight ang budget. madami kasing obligations this jan. renewal of business permit and amilyar payment ang mabigat. me notice pa agad car insurance kahit feb pa due. unahan pala yon.
