Calling out all Toyota Innova owners there. This thread is only for the Toyota Innova PMS.

Please post your upcoming/experience in PMS here (1,000, 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, 20,000kms and above) the Dealer, materials used, cost and labor. Please indicate if your innova is a D4D or VVT-i and also the year model of your innova, variant is optional (J, E, G, V).


To those already passed the 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, 20,000kms, and etc, your feedback and suggestions will help a lot. This is a separate thread for us to easily see the PMS of our innovas.

just had a 5KM PMS for my J gas model 3 weeks ago at pasong tamo, where i got my unit last june18.
ordinary oil lang gamit ko and it cost me 1700.
my SA told me that it would take only 2hrs, but actual was almost 4hrs!!!
tumagal raw sa washing area.... tsk..tsk..tsk..same old reason:-)

bro ang mura ah..ako sa toyota dasma nagpa-5k pms, binayaran ko 3k..inclusive ng engine wash tpos may flushing at fuel treatment...regular oil ginamit ko,mahal synthetic eh..napamahal pa pala ko...tsk tsk tsk..anyway,ontime naman pagkakagawa nila saka inallow pa ko makigulo sa mga technician at mekaniko nila during my PMS.

malamang bro, tama lang singil sa iyo, kasi may engine wash ka pa (P500 rin yata yon) tapos flushing at fuel treatment pa... i'm not sure sa flushing kung kailangan talaga yon, what i'm sure of is that fuel treatment, na hindi kailangan yan, especially for a new engine like ours...

Just had my Innova diesel 5000 km service done at Toyota north edsa. Told the driver to tell the service advisor do not engine wash and do not put oil additive, no engine flush. Used 7 liters toyota mineral oil 15w-40 cf-4. Free labour

tol di need ang fuel treatment, lalo na ang engine flushing. may bad effect yang engine flushing sa sasakyan pag tumagal. di naman need yan tapos yan pa ang mga mahal, hehe.

Check mo sa manual instruction na kasamang binigay nung nakuha mo innova mo. Nandun lahat ang details kung ano dafat at hindi dafat.

sya nga pala, nasa 7-8K yung 15T KM PMS sa mga casa. kung gusto mong maka tipid, follow mo lang instruction manual. Kaya lang ma-void ang warranty mo. so suggest ko, i-casa mo na lang. meron naman yatang mga casa na nag-ooffer ng 0% interest using card.

had my 25K PMS last saturday sa Toyota Otis... it costs me P3,740.18... may dala akong Mobil 1 fully synthetic oil... though dapat sa 30KPMS pa change oil... pina change oil ko na coz it's been a year already since my last oil change... d kasi masyadong gamit ang Innova namin... had the engine flushed na rin.

I just had my 1,000 kms PMS at Toyota Batangas last Saturday for my D4D 2011 Innova E A / T. Breakdown as follows:

Mineral oil ( 7 liters ) - 1,150.52
Toyota car care kit - 224
Oil filter - 425.60
gasket - 28.28


Total of 1,828.40


Libre car wash, pwede mo pa panoorin yung activity ng malapitan. Nasa harapan kami ng hood ni misis habang ginagawa ng mechanic ang PMS. Nakapagpapicture pa nga ako, hehe. Distansya nga lang pag nagamit ng compressed air at baka mapuwing. Kaya tinignan namin talaga maigi kung bago at selyado ang oil na gagamitin at tamang volume pati. Yung oil filter fresh from carton.

Okay naman ang SA, magalang naman at ininform pa kami kung gusto namin ay ordinary or synthetic. Sa ordinary lang muna kami, hehe. He even offered fuel additive na inayawan din namin muna. Paalis na kami nagpasalamat pa siya at kung may iba pa raw kaming tanong.

Mabait din ang mga receptionist. Nakuha ako ng kape, siya na ang nagprepare at naghatid sa table namin. We are even asking for an electrical outlet to plug our laptop kasi libre wifi sila, they transferred our table sa malapit sa outlet. Bottomless coffee at Nestea ice tea.

Downside nga lang is kailangan maaga ka talaga. Dumating kami wala pa 630 am, pero #14 na kami para sa QS. Iyong isa sa nagpa PMS doon, 430 am pa kumuha ng number pero #4 na siya.

buti pa jan sir pwedeng harapan kayo ng innova mo sa PMS, hehe. sana dito ganun din. aga magbukas ng casa jan ah. hehe. wala pang araw hehe.

my innova is nearly approaching 15K ODO reading. now on its 14K na. pa share naman po sa inyo kung sino na nakapag pa 15K PMS for innova D4D. mineral oil lang. magkanu po score dito at anu po kaya ang mga gagawin sa service? TIA.
