    ako di na nagugulat.

kaya ako nag surrender na sa casa maski hindi pa tapos ang warranty period. sa labas ko na pinagagawa basta sa trusted na repair shops. you simply can't trust the majority of employees in "stealerships"

I also regularly reviewed my dashcam footage whenever I brought my Altis to Toyota BGC before for PMS.

Aside from the shoddy quality of the car wash (about the same level as an ordinary neighborhood car wash), there's nothing alarming with how they treated my car.

I don't think walang alam ang higher ups sa kalokohan ng mga yan. Atleast for service managers

Unfortunately these things happen when you leave your car at the stealership. Best to watch the work being done and then take it home come closing time if you can. If it will take more than a day, just take the car back the next day. Problem is when the job that has to be done won't allow the car to be taken home for the day. These guys will have a field day, specially if the unit is new.

Left my car for bumper repainting before in Toyota BGC. No issues whatsoever when I got it back.

The internet loves to hate on dealerships, but I've seen firsthand local talyers that screw up your car as well and don't even know what they're doing.

It's happened to us before jut. Just recently (this year) I took our GS to a Hyundai dealership to have the EGR valve replaced. Left it overnight. When I got it back, it was spewing bluish white smoke during cold starts. Turned out to be leaking injectors. Am 100% sure that wasn't there before. Casa switched my injectors with some much older ones.

In the past I was also offered by a Nissan mechanic in a dealership to switch my broken a/c compressor with one from a unit having PMS done. I politely said no and never came back.

People in these dealerships are all prone to temptation just like we are. It is just up to management to find a way to prevent these things from happening.

One talyer we used to go to wrecked a relative's Mercedes.

Drove it at up to 140 km/h INSIDE the Manila area. Understeered into a wall. Moron. Lucky to be alive.

Suffice to say, nobody in the family goes there, anymore.

    +1

I recall someone here suggesting, years ago, that you put a telltale mark (paint, marker, whatever) on important parts inside the engine bay and underneath.

    Still a good idea.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
