Upon reading this, anong pwede gawin to avoid being victimized? Wag na mag casa? How about for those na under warranty pa sasakyan, no choice but to bring it to the casa.

be vigilant. some kase they trust casa people.

know the basics of maintenance and make sure they replace what is necessary. for example oil filters and air filters. how do you make sure? watch them if possible...if not, find a casa that lets you watch the service being done.

usually pag may pinalitan, like air filter and spark plugs, ibabalik sayo yung luma na tinanggal..

Don't leave your car on the casa overnight. Regular PMS shouldn't take more than 4 hours.

One time nagpa-regular PMS ako ng vios sa Toyota Makati kasi mas malapit sa office kaysa sa Manila Bay (dun ko binili unit). Syempre nagpa-schedule ako para mabilis and it is not even a Saturday. Schedule is 9am at balikan ko na lang daw after lunch, tatawagan daw ako kapag tapos na. Aba mag-4pm na hindi pa daw tapos baka abutin pa kinabukasan wala akong magagamit pauwi. Sa kakukulit ko natapos din ng 6pm. Di ko na ko bumalik dun

regular pms? you have to know if its a 5k pms or 40k pms. oil changes are easy and its a less than 30 minutes. the checklist isnt even that long.

matagal lng talaga if they really didnt put you in the schedule or they wanted to take some parts from your vehicle (worst case scenario)

medyo matagal na 'to, siguro 5 years ago na. i can't remember kung ilang milage ang PMS, it may just be the regular 15k or 25k kasi the SA told me to get my unit after lunch. then nung kinulit ko I remember the SA's apology was that medyo madami daw ang nagpa-PMS nung araw na yun. Kaya naman ako nainis kasi kaya nga ako ako nagpa-schedule, hindi naman ako walk-in. During that time naririnig ko na rin yung mga ninanakaw na parts sa casa. Hindi ko naman na-check kung napalitan ba talaga ang oil filter (kasi hirap silipin) o napalitan ba ang langis (usually kung 5k lang interval hindi ma-distinguish sa dip stick kung bago nga ang langis, pareho lang kasi ang kulay). Casa just showed me the jobs done at pirma na

Even at 1k km old oil vs new oil, kita mo agad sa dispstick yan. So sa 5k kitang kita mo na ang maitim na oil vs sa bagong oil. So malalaman mo kung pinalitan talaga.

Taga-tv5 pala ang complainant and wife nya is GMA. Bakit kaya sa abscbn agad nareport?
Plus nagbebenta pala talaga ng dashcam yung complainant. Rear view mirror type na dash cam with rear cam. 7.5k daw acdg sa friend ko na nakilala yung complainant.
