    On a positice note, I just want to share my experience with an aircon shop in Las Pinas (Im sure you know who). After I got a quote, I optes for the cash option to avail of the discount so I withdrew enough funds from the ATM and place it inside a not-so-cheap wallet. Then I left the car in the shop and stayed inside the customer lounge for more than 4 hours. After the aircon system was fixed, I did a test drive only to find out my wallet was left at the console box next to the shift stick. So happy that nothing was missing and the service was excellent. Needless to say, I gave a nice tip to the mechanics. My point, not all talyers have corrupt employees.

    Ang timely naman neto, gladly magpa PMS ako sa Honda SPA this weekend puro ggod reviews nababasa ko hopefully same experience.

    Sa Honda Pasig, the only untoward na na experience ko is simot ang fuel ko after having a body repair.

    Mileage is same as nung iniwan ko siya a diff of more or less 1 KM pero bakit naubos ang gas.

    I avoided the hassle kaya hindi na ako nag reklamo.

    During PMS they do checklist and even take images of everything.

    What I find ironic eh pinaalis dashcam ko, sabe eh they cannot guarantee that kasi nga andami hahawak sa oto during PMS.

    Still if everything is in order like you checklists, take images, log everyone na nag service why will that be an issue diba?

    I still believe na wala sa Company yan but sa mga employees, nataon lang na talagang glaring pag Casa ang may kabulastugan gaya ng nangyari dito.

    Noticed that the guard and one of the employees (in white polo,maybe the SA) is deadma. So meaning, culture na nila yan sa loob.

    Sakto timing. My wife plans to have her Innova have its PMS next week at Toyota Fairview. Time to look for another dealership.

    Baka nga boss. Maging vigilant na lang during PMS tsaka baka dahil sa scandal na yan eh may drastic improvements na Toyota dealerships.

    During my last PMS (about a month ago) at Ford Manila Bay, they gave me 3 options.

    1. Stay with the mechanic while he do the maintenance job
    2. Stay at their lounge
    3. Leave the car and go somewhere. They will call when the car is ready.

    I selected #3.

    But yes, my previous experience with the same casa is disappointing. They drained more than half full of my fuel with only about 40Km added on the odo (to transfer the car to their workshop). Siguro ginawang motel ang Explorer.

    With this unfortunate news from a Toyota casa, I may request to stay with the mechanic once in a while next time.

    Ito isa scenario...Hindi nagmove odometer pero nabawasan pa din gas..... So binuksan aircon ginawang mall kotse nagpalamig.....

    Pero sa nangyari ito eh madami talaga matakot iwan kotse casa. Kasi isipin nyo na lang magkano kaya monthly sales quota hinahabol kaya umaabot sa pandudugas.....

    Ang dami kasi nabola sa casa maintained....mabango kasi pakinggan...

    Pero na "kuya ruben" pala.

    Napanuod ko na yung sa tv patrol interview sa victim.... mas grabe pa pala yung ginawa.... baboy talaga sa casa...

    Makakuha sya magaling abugado eh baka yaka dito buy back original price with appreciation US dollar exchange rate and moral and psychological damage....

    Sa tv patrol facebook page grabe in just an hour eh 800comments agad. Naging subungan yung page nadamay tuloy mitsubishi balintawak, hyundai north edsa, ford philippines, toyota alabang, toyota bicutan....

    Infairy...wala ako nabasa reklamo sa honda. (edit: kakabasa ko lang...pati honda alabang pala....hahahahah)

    Parang SUA ang effect sa toyota and its more bad kasi wala kakampi toyota dito. Sa mitsubishi kahit papaano dalawa faction.. pro sua of bernardo beranardino vs anti sua montero club philippines fun run. hahahahaa!!!

    Eh si toyota sino kakampi....waley......
