ZFA yung plaka.. so mga 2006 - 2007 yan..
We hope that Toyota should mandate NOW!! that all PMS should be in the presence of the customer. Vehicle that will be left inside casa must have 24/7 cctv and should have signature of the Service Manager for any change of parking place.
All regular PMS can be easily viewed by the customer.
Issues may happen with cars kept long term for major repairs.
One automotive journalist already encountered having his car taken out for a joy ride up to Batangas before when he left it at an undisclosed service chain (back then). They were testing a GPS device on the said vehicle that's why they discovered the use.
With Nissan before, when we were determining a problem with one car which required extensive road testing (as the problem came out on the highway), they asked our permission to do road tests on the highway as needed (NLEX).
