Para bang nagreklamo ka sa restoran na yung inorder mo may problema, tapos papalitan, pero inihian / binaboy / nilaspastangan na pala ng mga waiter at cook yung replacement order?

Hindi na talaga magtitiwala biktima sa toyota casa dahil binaboy na kotse nya.... Mainit na sa mata yang fortuner na yan sa lahat ng branches.

Ang fair compensation eh the victim will choose a talyer to repair the car (paint the car strip to metal, icheck ang makina....as in repair lahat.....)

Plus the danyos perwisyo....... dito sila pwede dumiskarte....... Psychological and emotional damage...... Dito gagana diskarte ng lawyer.

i think i get what your saying

it's like default nature ng pinoy gumawa ng masama pag wala nakatingin o basta huwag mahuli

parang ang motto sa buhay: try to get away with as much as you can without being caught or without having to suffer the consequences

mag nakaw, mag hit and run, mag chancing (hokage na ang tawag), mag scam, manloko, mang buntis at maglaho, etc

If i were toyota, ill give him a new fortuner or land cruiser to make it sweeter just to close this case. The money and effort while this case drags on is not good for their image.

From the amount of sales that they have, im sure they can afford to give away one unit.

^^^ Sure they can afford it if there's one complainant ... but you open the floodgates to a lot of other complainants if they do that ... same concept as why a government does not negotiate with terrorists ... you set a bad precedent ...

Good point. Everyone complains and not all of them are valid or relevant.

Sa case na to, nasa kanya na ang proof na may kalokohang naganap.

If the victim has enough evidence, why will you let this case drag on?
