It started when I planned to put body mouldings in my innova; I searched thru Tsikot.com website to find good deal and price. I saw a fellow tsikoteer MCS1051 posted that Genevieve banawe sell the mouldings for 2,000.00 with paint. So, on July 14, 2012 I passed by the store around 12:30 to installed one but the price given to me is 1,800 for without paint and 2,300 with paint; I have accepted the price given to me since I am just going to try their store and the moulding is the only accessory I am going to get. Mae, the sales lady assisted me and told me that I needed to come back after an hour because they are going to paint it. I gave Mae 1,000.00 as down payment requirement. They texted me around 1:58 and told me its ready but I manage to go to their store around 3:30; but to my dismay, they painted both same side of the moulding; so they weren’t able to install it. Since they will paint again the moulding I told them I will go to my other business and ask them to text me back when ready; at 4:48 I received a text again telling me it is ready. I go back to the store around 5 but after installation I have notice that there is a portion of the moulding which have no paint(paint chip) I pointed that to Mae and she told me they will just patch it up; but Genevieve (owner) said that I come back the next day so they can sprayed it; today July 15, 2012; I go to their store around 10:20am; upon meeting Mae, she ask one of their staff to just patch it up, less than a minute job. I ask Mae why Genevieve asked me to come back today wherein they could have just patch it up yesterday. She said she does not know.
It is really a waste of time, effort and gasoline for just a body mouldings installation; lousy service; it not even cheap as what our fellow tsikoteer stated. So fellow tsikoteer, before planning to install innova accessories service at Genevieve; better have lots of time, patience and money to waste.
    Fyi.

    Hi Tiki-Tiki,

I've been a customer of Genevieve since I got my innova last may. I have already bought and Installed the following:

    Rear Stepsill
    Body colored mouldings
    Rubber floor matts
    Spare tire lock
    Steering wheel lock
    Window visors
and even a customized coil matt for the 3rd row up to the lauguage bay.

The Body mouldings I got from genevieve was not that perfect either. You can see some overspray on the crome inserts if you inspect it closely. but one good thing i like is their allignment.

IMHO: In shops like Genevieve, You only get what you pay for. Dont expect a CASA like parts quality and service. And in the case of Body colored mouldings, I can say its cheap considering its lessthan half the price of what the Toyota can offer. BTW I got mine for 2,500.

    Idol talaga ang CD-R King.
They now have car headrests with LCD monitor. Iba-ibang kulay. May A/V jack, mini USB at SD card slot.

CDR KING Headrest na may LCD Screen

Bakit kaya till now walang Chrome window VISOR and hood guard chrome ang Innova? ibang Car kahit di sikat meron ng window visor Chrome. ><

I also had some problems with the side mouldings. May mga chipped paint at after 3 days may umangat na portion. Pero after texting them and talking with them they told me that they will fix it free of charge. I got mine for PHP 2,200.

I also had some accessories installed like side mirror chrome, hood moulding, chrome door handle, deflector car plate cover and corduroy seat cover. Wala naman akong nakitang noticeable defects sa mga iyon. Babalik ako sa kanila para ipadikit yung side moulding.

I can't say they are excellent pero hindi rin naman sila bad at all. Mababait din naman ang mga tindera nila at mabilis magreply sa mga inquiries sa text messages.

Just got a spare tire lock and mud guard from amir1223. Thanks for the smooth transaction.

Installed the spare tire lock already. Hesitating on the mud guard because I'm not sure if I have to remove the clips on the holes or just drill/punch a hole through these. Want to preserve the clips in case the mud guards need to be removed later on. Will try again on the weekend.

We have P 10,000 with a casa for refund and I'm thinking of using it for accessories. We have the E variant. I'm thinking of buying the high mount stop lamp (3rd brake light) and the back up sensors. What other accessories would you suggest? Thanks.

Car alarm sir. Pero hindi na magkasya sa 10k ang three items. yung car alarm sa casa 6k na agad. Go for accessories na for safety and security muna bago yung aesthetics. Magkano ngayon ang 3rd brake lamp sa casa?

I bought an original 3rd brake lamp from a friend for 2.5k. Need to drill a couple of holes on the rear door and another hole for the wiring. Ran the wires through the rubber grommet and tapped it in the driver's side brake lights.

sabagay pwede na nga 3rd brake lamp at sensors. maginvest ka din sa magandang spare tire lock at yung steering wheel lock. kaso yung 10k mo dun lang magagamit sa casa di ba?
