natanggal mo na ba yung chrome housing mo?? if hindi pa, use nylon string to remove the chrome housing..then pag natanggal na,use kerosine to remove the tape on the housing and on your car...pag natuyona, clean both surfaces then kabitan mo ng bagong double adhesive tape yung housing mo...nasa 340-350 pesos/roll lang yung double adhesive tape.kung bibili ka nman ng tingi,mas mahal, 30-40pesos/foot yun sa mga car accessories store..

hindi ko pa natanggal, slight lang kasi ung peel off nung chrome housing doon sa isang corner side. iniisip ko nga kung tanggalin ko na ba or hayaan ko muna pag lumaki ung peel-off tska ko na tanggalin. pwede rin ba ang wd-40 sa tape residue sa body ng car? may nakita ako sa ace hardware 3M double adhesive tape, pwede na ba ito? or meron pa bang mas magandang klase at mas madikit na double adhesive tape? madulas kasi ang body ng car, I fear na baka pag kinabit ko, after sometime, matanggal lang.

3m automotive double sided tape is very good. Very difficult to remove. Sticks better when exposed to heat. But before sticking, wipe the surface with alcohol first to remove any wax if present.

Yes, you can use wd40 to remove the residue but don't let it stay too long. What I do is remove as many rubber residue first using my finger nails. Spray wd40 on a small area and start removing the residue using my finger nails again. Wash off the wd40 with mild soap and water after 5 mins even if there's still a sticky residue. Spray again and remove stuff for 5 mins then rinse.

Thanks for the tip bro. I guess I just have to use alcohol to remove the residue just to be safe. Wd-40 or Kerosene that made contact to the body too long might damage the paint.

Another follow-up question:
Since this is just a small peel-off in the chrome housing, I was thinking if there is a liquid or paste like substance that has a property of an adhesive tape that I could apply to that portion? (without damaging car body paint) If I were going to remove the whole chrome housing, then I must use a double adhesive tape to re-install it back. But this is just a small peel-off and I was thinking of a quick fix for this. Thanks for your inputs. WBR,

same question, ano maganda gamitin sa side mouldings. I'm planning to de-install my stock mouldings to clean it up. kapal na ng mineral deposits eh.

hindi natuloy yung power window setup shark brand. nag taas na sila P 18,000 na. huhuhuhu. san pa kaya meron mura na branded?

I'll try to take some pics later. yep yung nasa likod ng last row. maganda yung materials para hindi mabasa yung carpet kapag naglagay ng mga gamit na may liquid.
