My speculation is new steering system? Maybe not..
New suspension dampers?
New full safety suite? 360degree camera? AEB?
It's arriving in Thailand sooner than I was expecting..
Thais who have relatives in toyota factories know shyt lol...
Indicator from sales figures recently released:
Mux sales: 8419
Ms: 6477
Everest: 5330
Fortuner: 3033 <<<<< toink<<<
I'm guessing those are figures from Australia.
Toyota AU doesn't mind the lackluster sales of the Fortuner if their other offerings are selling like hotcakes.
Toyota RAV4 24,260
Toyota Prado 18,335
Toyota LandCruiser 13,802
Toyota Kluger 11,371
Fortuner is the odd one out. Buyers would rather step up to the Prado or Kluger given the price difference, both of which are far superior vehicles.
Expecting 7 airbags and ESC as standard across the range. Anything less will leave a lot disappointed. Imagine the Vios having better safety features than the Fortuner lol.
Maybe Toyota Safety Sense on top-spec 4x4, better if they include it in the 4x2 V. Minor changes on headlamps, tail lamps, and bumpers. New colors choices.
