    Looks like the engineer, architect and contractor are going to be paying for all the damage and lose their license

    nakikita ko yan casa na yan when i exited sctex about 2 weeks ago. parang sobrang dami balloons yung showroom. in really poor taste

    fines, probably yes. puede rin kasi, na covered by insurance yan.
    lose license, probably not. it's not easy to prove incompetence.
