Second day ng 1.3 E MT sa amin. May idea kayo how much rain shield at mud guard? Yung rubber flooring kaya? Ano pa kaya next ipila sa bibilin na list ng basic car accessories? Thanks po sa sasagot

yung BUSINA palitan nyo po agad. meep meep lang kasi ung stock ng vios, kahit mga pedestrian di tumatabi, akala motor lang ung bumusina. after 2days since makuha namen vios j pinapalitan ko to Bosch EC6 ung horn.

so, tumatabi na ba sila? o tunay na bingi nga...?

tumatabi na sila, sinubukan ko after mainstall nung pauwi nako may naglalakad sa gitna ng daan, nung binusinahan ko nataranta kung saan tatabi, sa left o right ba.hehe

sa rain visor prang 1-1.5k ata ung presyo non, dpende sa klase. libre rin kasi ung saken, galing north edsa.

1. Hindi ba ma-void ang warranty kung horn replacement?
2. Direct replacement ba sa wiring as in tap lang sa stock connectors o need pa ng mga relay?

rubber flooring nasa 1k sa mga suking auto shop sa malls. may mas mura around 700pesos. pili ka na lang.

mud guard naman, for me parang masisira porma nung auto.

Kakatapos ko lang kanina sa PMS...3,860 inabot lahat...fully synthetic.napansin ko ang improvement ng takbo mas suabe...ask ko lang po anu ba mas tipid sa gas high RPM O low?

In the case of my Corolla where Toyota Manila Bay installed a new horn (FIAMM freebie), they utilized the same wirings with no added relay and it was okay.

As for the warranty, there should be no real issues really as long as the electrician installed all properly.

1k PMS...mas makakatipid ba sa fully synthetic?para sa akin kase nagbago yung hatak nung makina...
As of now city driving on / off trapik nakaka-10 km/l ako...full tank method...

semi synthetic lang na try ko for my 1.3e mt. wala nman ata significant difference. for my mixed city, highway trips so far naka 14km/l ako.

Choosing between Vios 1.3AT and City 1.3AT, read that Vios has better FC but what makes me think of buying a 2013 Vios is the case of front suspension failure posted on this thread and the persistent "kalampag" when cruising on bumpy road.
Any update on these problems?
I would really appreciate if you guys can help me decide on my 1st car.
(although I know I'm in a Vios Thread:-))

haven't read yet about suspension failure in this thread. about the kalampag, yes, but seems isolated. so far no problems with my unit and the suspension is great!

That failure was due to impact with the center island. After the first picture circled the web, another clearer one came out that showed the rear tire had been damaged, too.

If you hit a curb hard enough to pop a tire, that's hard enough to break a suspension on most any compact car.

So it did hit the curb pala... By looking at those pix I thought it just got broke for no reason
Thanks for clearing this one out. So I will just watch out that clanking sound coming from the front suspension.

Sa akin wala din yung kalampag. Pero nung una, parang medyo rough takbo nya, yun pala 45 psi yung mga gulong. Bat kaya ganun, galing ng kasa tapos 45 psi?

sabi para maganda daw po tindig ng gulong, ganyan din akin nun bagong labas kaya nagulat ako kaya binawasan ko agad to 33psi. now i am at 35psi all tires.
