Hi guys.. Advised lang.. Ano pla gagawin ko.. Kasi ung vios 1.5g a/t ko ayaw mag power on.. Sabi ng brother ko baka na discharge ung battery.. Ang sabi ko naman lahat nung iniwan ko sa bahay naka off naman lahat.. Nag call ako sa tayota unfortunately CLOSED sila ngaun kasi holiday.. Tumawag ako sa motolite para mag padeliver ng battery pero sabi sakin ng customer service nila sayang daw warranty ng battery sa toyota ko nalang daw dalhin kasi 3 months plang car ko ang kaso sa monday pa open ang toyota..
Hindi ba may factory defect ung vios 1.5g a/t ko? Kasi 3 months plang ang vios.. Mostly 4x per week ko lang ginagamit at city driving lang ako.. Iba dinadala ko kapag nag pupunta ako ng province..

this sounds like a discharged batt due to seldom use??? and sounds like u have two cars, u can probably use a jumper cable between two cars...

Not really.. Lagi ko din sya ginagamit.. 4 -5 days per week ko sya ginagamit din.. Hindi ko lang nagamit sya ng 3 days kasi nagpunta ako ng province last week.. Nakaka discharged na ba ng battery ang 3 days na di mo lang nagamit? Natatakot lang ako baka mag power off nanaman kapag ginamit ko ulit.. Thanks for the reply..

Pre troubleshoot mo muna...may manual po tayo...minsan ganyan din nangyari sakin pero after awhile narealize ko katangahan ko hehheehe nasa drive mode yung kambyo ko hehehhee...

your car may be only three months in your garage. but just how old is that battery? i mean, toyota didn't manufacture that along with the car...
just contact toyota on monday.. it'll surely save you money.
and check your battery connections first, as somebody suggested above. it might just save you a trip to the casa.

hmm.. my aunt's 1.3E m/t had the same problem. it wasnt used for the 3rd consecutive day then. at first keyless worked. kaso ayaw magcrank ng engine. after that even the hazard lights dont flash with the keyless operation. battery's dead. i checked and its voltage is at 7.xx volts only.

used a 220v supplied battery charger to bring it back to life. umandar naman. so far di pa siya uli naulit. wag naman sana.

only gripe is may throttle response delay sa lower rpm range (1k-1.5k rpm). masubukan nga yung suggestion a few pages back.

i wanna suggest bringing it back to the dealer kaso electrical warranty is voided dahil sa banawe-installed backing sensors. or the battery dying is another thing?

unit is at 8xx kms palang, a bit more than 6 weeks old.

So far so good on my VIOS even though there are times na almost 2wks na hindi ko nagagamit. Pero I make sure to start the engine in between from time to time.

Un nga sir.. Inayos ko ulit ung sa battery kala ko loose lang.. Pero ayaw pa din gumana.. Pero to think.. Sabi nga ng brother ko di naman ma didischarged ung battery ng 3 days na di ginalaw ang vios ko.. Ayoko isipin na luma ung battery na binigay sakin eh.. Hehe..

sir any idea about your fuel consumption sa G variant po nila? and manual b or matic sir?

1.5 G A/t 8-9kml pure city driving 2500kms pa lang

16kml pag pure hiway as in from total balintawak to lakeshore.
