Our company ordered 1 unit of the J model last Wednesday or Thursday, red mica ang napiling kulay, got it from Toyota La Union(client kasi namin in their other business) ang nakuha namin are the usual freebies and 10k discount, sa alam ko paid in cash yun. Unit is supposed to arrive by next week.

there's cash discount for fleet sales / favored client, and there's cash discount for sagging sales. i think it's the former. heh heh.

Fleet discount yung nakuha namin, we have purchased a lot of cars from Toyota Dagupan/La Union through the years, the latest prior to the Vios was last March wherein our company bought 2 units of Altis (1G and 1V) for our senior managers.

Baka 2nd Gen? walang promo discount kahit saang dealer. AFAIK, wala pa yatang base model J for the 3rd Gen and it would be release 4Q 2013 or 1Q 2014. Marketing strategy nila na offer muna yung E and G.

Yung J na variant P630k (not the P592k base J) nakita ko na personally sa Toyota Pasig. Yung mga natirang Gen 2 na J doon eh pinakyaw na raw lahat ng Unilab according to the sales agent I spoke to, yung discount na sinasabi ko hindi yun promo kundi fleet discount.

Don't believe those who says na mabilis magoverheat ang vios. I've driven my 2005 vios last year from Manila to Vigan non stop. No overheating issues or any problems encountered. Urban legend lang yang overheating issue na yan.

Sir I think that won't be possible. Kung pwede po yan dami na nagpablack interior sa mga TOTL variant buyer dati pa. Hirap i-maintain ng beige eh.

The black interior is exclusive to the J&E variants, and the Ivory Beige interior is the only choice for G.

The new Vios malaki ang niluwag ng engine bay plus malayo na rin ang pagitang ng bumper/grills at radiator at malayo na rin ang pagitan ng radiator sa engine. Malaki ang difference ng engine room ng new Vios.

hi guys, we will be getting our Vios on Friday. Red color. I'm coming in from manual transmission (VX200) and a bit clueless on the other gear for the automatic version. Can someone explain to me the other gear for A/T? P - park; N - neutral; R - reverse; ano yung 3-D, 2 and L and tuwing kailan gagamitin? Please don't laugh Thanks!

No worries sir nasa owner's manual lahat description nyan. Pero on normal driving, D lang gagamitin. 3, 2 and L is mostly used for engine braking or uphill driving.
