2016 Toyota Fortuner Jerky Transmission

good to hear toyota is taking action.

based on this thread, there is 1 transmission and 1 torque converter replacement which toyota has agreed to.

keep us posted if those actions will have solved the problem.

Tried yesterday sports mode for the first time during my 12km trip. Never siya nagjerk.. Siguro kailangan lang ng italian tuneup?

Seriously? anong explanation sa inyo bakit buong transmission ang irereplace? yong sa tita ko sinabi ko sa 5k ko nalang ibalik thinking it's just a minor issue since panay ang sabi nila na normal. Problem is kahit palitan pa ng ilang beses yan baka naman babalik at babalik yong problema?

Same here sir. Kinukulit na nga ako ng sa. Sabi ko nakareserve naman at hintayin ko muna actions ng toyota regarding sa issue ng transmission.

Hi boys, update ko lang kayo. Got my unit already AGAIN, 2 days na so far its been very smooth. Im the original who experience jerkey tranny which its very anoying. Any ways they told me they change the whole tranny already, its not the torque converter, iba parts yun. I talked with the guys from technical also they explain it to me all the details. Sobra haba lang if im gonna post it. For the unit owners who will expeirnce this report nyo kaagad to your dealer. Swerte din ako sa dealer ko sa north edsa GM, CS, service, sales nila tinutukan nila yun problem. Hopefully hindi na bumalik yun problem ng unit. Good luck guys sa mga jerks nyo. Sana ma resolve kaagad yun issue for happy ending.

How long ulit yung down time ng vehicle mo? Umabot ba ng ilang buwan?
