watched kanina sa news, araneta-quezon ave underpass now open 2 months advance and it was finished at P430 million, the original budget was P694.15 million. hope the design changes didn't sacrifice the quality of the underpass

Passed through it on my way home this afternoon. Nawala na yung traffic. If I recall, it was supposed to be finished on September according to the billboards that lined the construction before.

passed through it both ways 2 times, to go to santo domingo church and back in the afternoon, then to heritage hotel and back in the night. ganda nga. parang mas mataas (or should i say mas malalim) compared dun sa underpass sa quezon ave/edsa.

laking swimming pool nyan pag bumaha yung araneta.

Don't believe the Propaganda. Proof that the PH government will lie to your face.

It was supposed to open September 11 pa, according to the project poster. It was actually 3 weeks late and the original budget was really P430M.

Domingo up to the intersection sa C3. Pinag aralan yan ng Japan International Cooperating Agency and the University of the Philippines' National Center for Transportation Studies.

Natayo ang proyekto at within the budget at medyo huli ng kaunti.

Did it occur to you na baka ang expected cost nyan e P500M+ and December 2012 ang forecasted completion? And kaya si Ciriaco Corp. and nakakuha ng contract is because they were the lowest bidder na kinaya nilang gawin yung project at a cost of just P430M and finish it earlier than December?

those who are familiar with this area know how fast the canal water rises tuwing malakas ang ulan

kaya na-delay ang opening niyan they had to solve the flooding problem. nag dagdag sila ng pumps

before the underpass opened i saw with my own eyes yung baha sa underpass
