ang problem na yata diyan is yung UST side na to Quiapo. traffic. bottle neck.

please encourage your family friend contractor to do more business in govt. project, since they already proved to the people that if there is no corruption, all project got a good result, anyway sabi mo nga maliit lng kita, pero at least kumita, what you mean is....dapat gumaya sa mga contactor n hindi makatapos ng project pero malaki ang kita....huwag naman po.

amount na kinita = not worth the effort

    kaya ayaw na nila

you can't say to a company "at least kumita ka kahit konte"

^ True, it's not worth the effort and mostly, it's not worth the headaches. It's still a business and not a charitable organization. May warranty pa yan, mga retention, etc. so that small kita can still be affected further.

In a perfect world, the contractor should still get his fair share on ROI while the product comes out at par with the standards set, with no corruption inside...

    kumita kahit konte...

kung ilagay mo puhunan mo sa Phil. govt bonds kikita yan kahit konte... wala ka pa sakit sa ulo sa pagpatakbo ng negosyo

what's the incentive to go into business anyway? hindi ba much bigger return on capital? kung hindi ka kikita ng malaki baket ka pa nag abala?

This looks to be like another Quezon Blvd. underpass in the making unless they do something about the PUV's.

Cameras + contact-less traffic citations for yellow plates?

This is my daily route kaso hindi ko pa nadadaanan since last week.

so if you're from q ave and umibabaw ka turn right ka na lang dapat sa araneta ave.
take the u-turn slot to go back to the other side of q. ave.

hindi ba mas okay kung ganun? kesa may stoplight pa din?

actually, ganyan na some years ago.. i bring my son to school in diliman in time for flag ceremony at 7:15. by 8 am, i am in the office in herran.. then, for some reason still unknown to me, the araneta-quezon ave intersection started getting heavy traffic.. i think the araneta ave traffic population got a lot bigger..
but i still remember vividly.. this underpass was innitially promised completion september 2012. but the contractor proudly promised they'd have it open a month earlier in august 2012... i wonder what happened..
but still.. pano naman yung traffic sa quiapo.. where the puj still lords it over..
