nasa 1700 pa lang ako sir. Long way to go pa for the 10k pms.
Is it just me or mas malakas consumption nung gas ko nung naglaagay ako ng AMp + 12" sub tapos 80% volume lagi sa road or kapag naka park with AC off.

    BTW, mine is MT.

additional load rin yan sa alternator, then kahit idle ang sasakyan mo at naka off ang AC it still translates to 0 km/L

Good day to all, sana po matulungan niyo kami. We're planning to buy swift 1.2L, para kay missis pang service to her office. Naghahanap kami ng best deal and best SA na kausap na kaya bigay lahat freebies and best discount.

Sa ngayon 2 na ang napuntahan namin na dealer dito sa south, alabang and sa sto tomas. Pero yung reg freebies lang binibigay like tint matting seat cover and ewd tapos discount.

I back read a little and some had visor as freebies, tama po ba. CMIIW thanks po.

    hi sir,

Based on my experience with my SA in Un Ave. The freebies I got are as follows:

    • Tint
    • Seat Covers
    • Floor Matting
    • Basic Tools
    • Visor
    • EWD
    • 15 days extension of due date ( my 1st amort is 45 days from the release date of my swift)

Freebies I was expecting to have but didn't get:
    • Suzuki Umbrella
    • Keychain

If you will be getting the 2016 model, don't expect much for the discount howeverm you may haggle if you're getting the 2015 model (inuubos na lang yugn stock).

Hi everyone.. just bought the new swift 1.2 (revised this year) MT and just noticed that the car vibrates lightly when the aircon is off. When the aircon is on the car idle drops and goes back up a lot. I took it to the dealership and they said that is really how the car runs. I don't remember getting vibrations during my test drive. Would like to ask if anyone else has had this same issue.

My last resort is to take it to Rapide and have them assess it. If they find a problem I will take the diagnosis to the dealership.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. Can't seem to find any details on "erratic idling" for the suzuki swift specifically in the forums. Can anyone who owns a swift 1.2 let me know if they have the same issue. It really drives me crazy that the car idles like a 10 year old car.

    Hi Swifters,

Ask ko po kung ok ba ang legroom ng swift 1.2. How was it compared to mirage and vios? Much appreciated kung meron po actual pics with the passenger on rear.

    Thanks,

Mga ilang inches pa sir yung gap between knee and front seat? Sa seat position na comfortable ang front passenger at driver.

mas ok ang leg room ng mirage and vios compared to swift. mas maluwag pa nga yung new celerio kesa sa swift eh XD. kung palagi kang may isasakay sa likod then IMO swift is not a good choice. I suggest bring your family, sakay ka sa driver/front, adjust the seats then if you're comfortable enough, let them seat on the rear, ask their opinion.

kapag father(5' 8") ko ang driver, nagcocomplain ang mother ko na wala ng leg room likod, as in tumatama na ang knee nya. kaya everytime na nakasakay sya palagi tinatanong baket yun daw binili ko. my mother is 5' 4" btw.

Maybe it's the fuel you're using that's causing the erratic idling. Try using better fuel.

5'10" and there's still space behind you? Maybe the rear passenger is a toddler hence no complaint about the legroom.

Which has the better rear legroom, Mazda2 or the Swift?

Thanks for the reply. Yeah the car shakes lightly without the aircon but it is worst with the aircon on and the idle drops a lot more. Did you ever get it fixed?

Will give a higher octane fuel a try. but according to the manual 91 octane unleaded is the right fuel to use.

I am 5'8 and my driving position tends to be further back and the legroom is really not that great (about 7-8in from the rear of the drivers seat to the rear passenger seat). For comparison the Mirage, Wigo, and even the brio has better legroom in my experience.

Never had the opportunity to try a Mazda 2 but since the it is much longer then the swift I assume it has better legroom as well.

I'm torn between Grand i10 and Swift 1.2.., bootspace and legroom ang lamang ng grand i10 but swift has better FC at these criteria ang nasa top list ko, pass ako sa mirage since it's very common na. 5'4 lang height ko at ni kumander at sya lagi gagamit on the way to school with our daughter. Which is which? Hehe
