My average fuel consumption is 14km/L after running 390 kms in 3 days. Mixed city & highway driving.

Please recommend a detailer who can remove the bumps on my right rear bumper. I hit the post just now and nayupi yung bumper pero bumalik naman sa dati yun nga lang nagasgasan ng maliit at nakita ko natanggal yung paint caused by the impact. hayyss!!

Finally saw the new head unit in action. Unfortunately, it's not an Android. At least the display is good compared to most aftermarket headunits and the interface is smooth and polished with good touch response.

Below are a few snapshots of the new head unit:

fellow tsikoters, please suggest a mid-priced quality car cover. What brand, price & where to buy. Currently I'm using a cheapo car cover that I purchased from Market2x. It costs 390 pesos. You can tell its quality because the first time I covered my car, the cover hit the antenna on top and pinched a hole in it. Lol

Huwag po yung masyadong mahal ha.

try mo muna polish, pag ayaw rubbing compound naman. mukhang kaya sa buffing pag di kinaya nung 2 steps.
OK silver/gray na auto, madali itago ang ganyan.

Thanks sir. Any thoughts on the ziebart diamond gloss? Does it protect the paint from damage against scratches like these?

    fan lang

seriously just set it to whatever you think is right. imo minimal lang effect ng aircon settings sa FC unless lagi naka-off.

lol. Aircon on 1 should be fine. It's not worth the heat. Lowering your windows will reduce fuel economy even more because it will greatly affect the car's drag coefficient. If you want slightly better fuel consumption and power, you can do the following:

    1) Remove the long pipe + resonator just before the airbox, it will allow the engine to breathe better. If you want it to suck cool air, get a flexible intake hose and direct it to the slot just behind the left side of the grill. You can see the slot below.

    2) Do a coolant bypass so it doesn't run through the throttle body anymore, which will allow the throttle body to stay cool.
    3) Replace your stock air filter with an aftermarket air filter. K&N filter number that fits our Swift is 33-2968. Hurricane/Ferrox filter number would be HS-0301. We have the same filter as on the Ertiga 1.4 petrol.

If manual switches sa a/c i just set it sa max and leave it there permanently. I just use the on/off button to turn the compressor on or off depending on how comfortable i am. Kung talagang gusto matipid wag gamitin yun a/c but personally i wouldn't sacrifice my comfort for a few kilometers.[emoji4]
