Been bringing my own oil since my 20k PMS when I switched to fully synthetic. Pasig and Sucat allows this but would likely charge you corkage. Nakakapagclaim pa rin naman ako ng warranty.

I reserved my Swift in Suzuki Makati, loan docs from BPI on the way (need pa pirmahan)

Nagtanong ako ng 3m tint sa kanila 4k yung 3m Black Chrome BC20, yun po ba yung "3m magic tint"? Gusto ko po sana yung highly reflective sa labas pero much clearer sa loob, yung Black Chrome kasi hindi ganun ka reflective nung nakita ko.

At hindi din alam nung SA kung anu yung 3m magic tint

No na sa air filter. I don't mind getting the oil filter from the casa naman. Yup, Suzuki Pasig right after Shell with the 7eleven. Best casa for me, a lot of the members of our car club go there. Just ask for a discount and they'll give 10% off parts and labor.

Not sure sa tint names ng 3M, pero make sure lang that you really want dark tint. Baka mahirapan ka pag gabi and/or mahuli pag naisipan na naman ng MMDA ienforce yung law against this

On average, tuwing kelan ka nagpapa-pms? Ang alam ko kase, 3-4 months lang si casa oil filter eh. Umaabot ka ba ng 6 months between PMS?

malayo ka ba sa shaw? so far sa 3 casa, yun pinaka OK for me. mababait staff dun, parang OLD pasig casa

Actually, taga-Caloocan ako, but I wouldn't dare set foot inside Suzuki Caloocan. Too many horror stories for my taste. My last 5 or so PMS, sa Suzuki East Ave. Baka I-try ko sa Cubao satellite service center nila since magkakaron na sila ng Sunday service starting June.

I'll bring my own FS oil. Bahala na si batman, hehehe.

Sabi ko dun sa new owner ni soukie paghandaan nalang nya sa 40k pms, kasi medyo madugo

Loan docs done, will be getting my new Swift on Tuesday (Monday releasing ng docs, eh nasa Laguna ako, patayan trapik papuntang Makati pag hapon na)

Question po, yung insurance nung BPI, may nakalagay na VTPL-BI at VTPL-PD (Voluntary Third Party Liability - Bodily Injury/Property Damage)
Need ko pa ba kumuha sa SA ko ng TPL?

Sabi po kasi nya hindi daw kasama sa freebies nung car yung TPL (unlike dun sa kausap ko sa carmona) at kelangan ko daw magbayad 1.8k ata?

EDIT:
NVM, read that CTPL is different from VTPL, saan po kayo kumukuha ng CTPL for your Swifts?

Eto pala pics nung oem oil filter and bosch for vios.
Na drive ko naman ng maayos for 12 km
Gamit ng may ari kagabi and kanina (roughly 50 km drive in total so far)

Hmmm.. Sabi nung kausap ko sa BPI branch na pinagloanan ko kay dealer ko daw po babayaran yung ctpl?

Tama po ba yun? Yung BPI insurance wala talagang CTPL?

Did a little prodding.. I called BPI MS QC Branch, says they do not have CTPL included in the insurance quote and they told me that for the make and model of my car I can pay Php 1,6XX.XX for 3 years CPTL

I called my SA in Suzuki Makati and told them about it. I then asked if CTPL is mandatory prior to LTO registration (coz they gave me 3 years LTO reg) wouldn't I have to pay them their requested CPTL amount of Php 1,880 every year? Why would they give 3 years LTO reg if they wouldn't pay for 3 years worth of CPTL as well?

SA balked, said he'll ask, came back to me and corrected himself: Php 1,880 for 3 years

So what do I do now? If I divide Php 1,880 for 3 years, it'll be the same as if I go with MAPFRE for the CTPL (like 600+ per year?)

Sakin got CPTL sa dealer for almost the same amount. If difference nilang dalawa mga 200 lang, I'd go for whichever is more convenient and would require less effort.

Yup, will go with the dealer na lang siguro.. Ayoko lang kasi na parang peperahan pa ata ako. I asked him twice pa nga nung una nyang nabanggit na kelangan ko magbayad para sa CTPL, sabi nya sakin for 1 year lang yun.

So I did my research, and he kinda choked on me when I asked for the third time and told him what I found out. I think I'll be regretting buying from him, seems he just wants to get the most out of me and my money.

I haven't given him the manager's check yet, though I did sign the loan docs from BPI. I so want to back out and get from Resty now. Alarm signals are ringing in my head.
