2014 Suzuki swift 1.2

Hello guys,

New tsikot users, and got my new swift silky silver waiting for the or/cr.

Question lang poh, yung reflective/magic tint, bagay ba yun sa silver swift ko?

Got my Swift 1.2 last April 28 and I'm very happy.

Napansin ko lang na wala sya auto-up sa driver window. I tried so many things para ma activate sya and eventually dinala ko sa kasa nung May 2.

Upon asking hindi sila makasagot kung defect ba yun.

What the service personnel did was subukan din yung matic nila na red Swift.

Wala din sya auto-up.

Not a major factor sa akin so we just agreed among ourselves na talaga wala sya auto-up.

Tanong ko lang sa inyo kung ang sa inyo wala din talaga auto-up?

Bakit naman meron auto-down pero mahirap lagyan ng auto-up?

I've been reading up on the thread (still in page 168 and ongoing) and I've learned lots already.
I've previously owned a 2008 1.5 AT Swift (employer didn't want me to have the car after I changed companies, long story)
So after a few months in my new job, I finally saved up for the downpayment of a new Swift

Got 15% approval at BPI and went to Suzuki Carmona. Didn't like their SA and how they handled my questions (plus, the unit they were about to give me had its batteries drained, long story)
So I asked around. Suzuki Alabang doesn't have the color I want (Metallic Grey), and on Saturday I'm going to Suzuki Makati to check them out.

Just want to ask, is Sir Resty still in Shaw? I'm from Laguna (San Pedro) is it ok to get a car from them if it means I'll be well taken care of by the SA?

Got my Swift last week of April at Suzuki Pasig just in time before they increased their prices. Got a 50K discount. OK naman yung SA ko na si Connie. Maalaga naman.

Thanks bro. Sya nga pala, kamusta 2014 Swift 1.2, may issues din ba relat d to underpinning, rack and pinion, brakes tulad ng 1.4 model?

Wala naman na. Mine is almost 3 years old, not babied but doing well. Most of the issues of the previous model seemed to have been ironed out.

Also, mostly rack and pinion, steering column yung problema sa 1.4. Never heard of issues with their brakes.

BTW guys, I asked Suzuki East Ave if they allow bringing of own oil and filter when having my PMS, bawal daw kapag in-warranty pa yung unit. This tells me na once out of warranty na, pwede na, right?

Any casa that allows this even if in warranty pa?

Sabagay, until Oct. 6 na lang naman warranty ko, so that's more or less 2 more Suzuki mineral oil na lang (40k and 45k).

Sa 50k na lang ako mag-switch to FS oil I guess.

Been bringing my own oil since my 20k PMS when I switched to fully synthetic. Pasig and Sucat allows this but would likely charge you corkage. Nakakapagclaim pa rin naman ako ng warranty.
