kakapalit ko lang ng apat na stock springs kanina ng lancer pizza ko. pinutulan ng 1 1/2 ikot yung harap kasi sobrang taass parang nakatingala na. mga 5 fingers fender gap pa din naman. makakasama po ba yun?

This was a common practice in the mid to late nineties, for those with a limited a budget. You can tell which vehicle on the road had their spring "cut" by the way the vehicle's body is wobbling or bouncing around violently.

It may not seem like anything's wrong over metro roads, but go out to the provinces, and the differences will be obvious.

Many old 90's compact cars already had very soft shock absorbers... cutting the springs would make them fail even faster...

Take it from those who have been there, done that... cutting the stock springs makes for terrible handling (wouldn't notice it on the L3... those handle like crud, anyway... ), poor bounce control and eventual shock damage.

Use proper lowering springs... and spend the extra money to also buy upgraded shock absorbers.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
