most of it sa atf napunta, can't remember the rest of the costing. should be almost 40k but since I paid in cash, naka discount ako. really can't compare the maintenance with any japanese brand I own. subarus are far the most expensive to maintain based on my experience. yes it drives really good, but the gas expense and maintenance cost is something to look at. I now own a diesel fed suv and a subcompact. yung dating 10k a month sa gas expense ko sa forester can break down into my 2 cars at may sobra pa minsan for carwash.

40k PMS includes fluid changes (engine oil, coolant, atf, etc). ATF is the most expensive item.

Feels like mas malaki pa Fortuner pag nakakasalubong ko hehehe.

PMS is based on mileage or time, whichever comes first. I usually follow 7-8 months in between each PMS.

speaking of atf, cant we use other regular brands of atf for subaru? what is so special about their atf?

29k for fluids change only on a regular pms seems exorbitant for a japanese car.

too bad, they are offering attractive discount on the 2015 forester right now. 120-200k...

Hi do you have any idea about bgc casa? Cause i bring my xv earlier for the 10 thousand kms, then they want to change my roter and breakpad kasi pudpud na na raw total of 30k including the basic check up. This was my experince for my 10,000/kms

Now i reach my 20,000/kms im planning outside na because baka later dami nanaman papapalit ng casa cause i spend 33,000 thousand na agad i believe na loko ako.

Do you have any idea pag di na casa san okay for subaru change oil and repairs for future?

Binayad ko kasi 33k lahat lahat, kaya medyo nakalagulat for my first PMS. Now due na ulit ako kaya nag iisip ako if ipapasok ko ulit sa motor image bgc. What do you think?

Un fusion r daw ok din kahit for change oil lang para hnd rn mahal, but dont know if ma vovoid un warranty. Xv din ba syo?

Its common for most casas to try and squeeze as much moolah out of you as possible. Being vigilant is key here as you want to limit the unnecessary items in the service order estimate before it is given a go signal. You want to ask for a second opinion on items to be changed on your car. Goodyear servitek can check your brakes for you, and have your alignment checked at 20k kms.

I'd still bring in the car to the casa while its in warranty.
