I'm probably going to have a sewer modify the front seat covers.
Haven't used it yet. Have similar concerns kasi, and I like the seats as is

hi sa mga naka WHITE and GRAY colors, ask ko lang po how easy or hard experience nyo sa maintenance ng kulay ng foresters nyo? colors we owned are toyotas na bronze, isuzus na whites (malayo sa white pearl ng forester), at mitsu na red na dumihin at mahirap i maintain kaya gusto sana namin ma sure na di na ganito kahirap maintenance ng kulay na mapili namin. I have an Ice Silver Metallic Forester. Much much easier to maintain in comparison with my black car. Kahit maalikabok at maputik, hindi halata.

Agree here, silver is safe color to maintain

Ako, pearl white. I used to own a black SUV and white is better in that dirt or dust is not as easily apparent.

Long term, I'm not sure how well it holds up when I had it waxed at hillsborough, the staff cautioned me about car wash using fake or poor quality tire black which stains. They said they had a client with white FXS who asked them to remove black streaks from tire black. So I usually go to car wash na sulk ko na.

I read the manual and you're right. It seems even Motor Image forgot about leaving the backrest part open. Am gonna have mine fixed at an upholstery shop. Thanks for sharing.

thanks sa replies. gusto ko talaga black kasi nakaka dagdag sa ***y at minsan sindak factor, kaso nga super hard to maintain. closest color is yung gray na madami bumili (2nd or 3rd in demand daw) so im hoping na good experience ng owners sa maintenance. elegance naman ng pearl white made it my alternative choice though wala din kami experience sa color na to. did not consider silver pa which is indeed easiest to maintain pero di masyado ma appeal for me. but ill look again and think through kung looks or convenience priority. still hoping to have both though.hehe

Ako nga my first choice was marine blue because it's unique, it's great to look at and I like blue Kaso mahirap daw habulin ung color if ever mabangga or magasgas (according to the SA, dunno if he's bullshitting me), and the dark gray hides dust and easier to maintain (so I heard). So I have a gray on reserve. But I may switch back to blue once I get to see one again...

Go with the blue! (or whatever color you want)

My old car was black because I always wanted a black car. And even if it had all those visible scratches, and anonymous folks regularly wrote "clean me" or "linisan mo ako" on the car whenever I didn't , I always took pleasure in the fact that when I did have the car washed and/or waxed, it looked the best!! After that, when I was deciding on the Forester, I decided to go with white, for a change, even if there are a lot of challenges din in maintaining a white car. Follow your heart!
