Meron din sound yung clutch ko pag inaapakan at inaangat. This is the second time na meron yung sound. Yung una nilagyan lang ng grease. Keep us posted sir kimo.

doc, kung slipping at aceleration, that means manipis na lining mo, i greatly suggest that you go to your preferred casa and have the disc replaced. FYI, clutch parts are considered as wear items and therefore not covered by any kind of warranty.

the only loop hole that we have is and only IF THE CLUTCH DISC IS STILL THICK ENOUGH TO PROVE THAT IT HAS NOT BEEN WORN OUT...

to everyone please keep this in mind if you plan to have your clutch problems addressed.

I am now closing to the 700km mark, one-way trip to Manila makaka 1k km na ako malamang nito.

doc, yung akin nga kakapalit lang nga casa under warranty last year ng clutch accessories ko eh, tapos last week kakatapos lang namin mag lagay ng bagong set uli..... apparently the lining that they install is only rated for the daily road driver and not the habitual or daily 4x4 user. kasi ako halos 4x a week naka 4x4 sa mga job site.
ngayun if you're a clutch driver/rider, eh ibang usapan na yan...hehehehe and tama ka with your point on the driving habit...

ngayun all i need is sir dadz, papahanap ako ng aftermarket lining na retad for heavy use

beni boy, kuha ka ng pilot bearing(6320zzasx or 6230zzasx, di ko na matandaan eh), release bearing, clutch cover assembly(pressure plate) clutch disc assembly(clutch lining) and approx P15k na pambayad sa piyesa kung sa casa ka kukuha...hehehehehe

as for the tranny pulldown and clutch replacement services, next time ko na siguro i ooffer, medyo dumami na kasi ngayun yung gagawin dito sa shop... matrabaho kasi mag bababa ng tranny. i think 2 days from start to finish

Nasa Casa na ngayon unit ko for 10k PMS. estimate nasa php8200++ ang PMS.

may tatlong menu ang casa...normal/mineral oil, semi-synthetic at fully synthetic...pero yung synthetic nila lahat TurboXP daw.

Post ko dito yung exact details once lumabas sa casa.

Sana maayos pagkaka PMS at ma check lahat yung pinapa check ko like brakes, clutch at etc.

Hindi naman mahirap sir, sana makuha sa grease. Hehe. Mahirap lang talaga bumalik sa 1st gear kapag malamig pa makina, been experiencing that since nakuha namin strada.

kung lalagyan ng grease, palit ka na lang ng release bearing, lining and pressure plate... parang baba ata transmission nyan sir...

Been to casa kanina sir, baba nga daw transmission. Pinacheck ko lang kung ano meron sa clutch at may tunog pero ang ginawa ito:

malapit na ako mag10,000kms oil change, bought original oil filter and 8 liters of motul fully synthetic 15w40, can you point me to a casa that will just charge labor so hindi mawawala yung warranty ko.

5w40 medyo manipis kaya im just following the turbo xp rating na 15w40. but better brand ang motul. but 5w40 lang ang crdi na motul. sino po ang hanapin ko sa diamond quezon ave.?? can i just specify oil change lang, wala na yung mga fuel and engine oil treatment, varsol, etc. napapamahal lang po bill.
