sir, isn't it recommended that 15w40 is the oil to be used for our crdi engines?? baka masyado manipis yung 5w40. but i know 5w40 is the most expensive grade when it comes to fully synthetic oils

magkano na ba ang singil ng mga casa sa cleaning ng mga egr? how long do they make you wait for it?

tapos ang change oil service ng mga casa ninyo, magkano ang singil for the labor only?

i'm trying to come up with a prciing scheme para pwede ipang haggle sa mga service advisor at managers

just finished cleaning my egr this afternoon...

we just did a simple cleaning, pretty much what some of the casa's would do when they say that they clean your egr. it took me and my mechanic 3 hours to do this, since we were still figuring out what to do, and how to do it. Belwo are some pics of what we saw...

this is what the EGR looks like taken apart with the carbon deposit from its insides:

carbon deposit from the intake manifold

Sir, will your shop be accepting egr maint? If not, would you be so kind to list the steps in taking down the parts for those who would like to venture cleaning the egr themselves? and what to watch out for.. Thanks sir!

    sir,

kung familiar na kayo, baka pwede sa inyo nalang kami magpaservice ng stardas namin, egr and scv so far ang masisira sa dirty fuels natin, wlang kwenta din yung warranty nila kasi babayad din ng extras just to repair the scv.if kabisado nyo na how to take off and replace the scv, i think ok na.
