Started back in '97 at Villamor. Self taught and a devourer of ancient Golf Digest Magazines. Played at most one every other month...

Within ten years, I was consistently breaking 90, my best 2 scores were a couple of 82s at Veterans and Camp Aguinaldo. Went downhill from there.

Will try again this week at Villamor, ecstatic should I break 100...

Surprise, surprise... Scored an 88, 43 front then 45 going back.

It's been a long time since i breached 90. Hope this rekindles the fire, and me going back to seriously practicing again.

Btw, you've got a picture perfect swing. Mine's like 1dlv's with a Palmer finish. Totally rogue... kakahiya i-post ^^

congratulations bro! golf's like that really- full of surprises, and, of course, heartaches. I'm back at the DR again. we'll have a tournament on August pa but I'm preparing. yes, humility aside, i have a decent looking swing but I'm over thinking it. the simpler the better. and it costs me money too. I hopped from one pro to another but I have never broken 80. ☺

I've been playing golf very intermittently since the early 90s... My lowest handicap was 19 (ew!) it's kind of discouraging for lady golfers coz very few women are interested in the game. I'm just happy my sister plays also so that every now and then we get to play golf -- more like stopping to smell the flowers actually.

that's great! we have a lady tsikoteer who's a golfer 19 isn't bad. i checked my handicap today and I'm stuck at 19 too. know what, the good thing with lady golfers is that, more often than not, they easily get trophies during tournaments 😊

my observation is that lady golfers really hit the ball on a relaxed manner..... tsaka mas malambot ang hips nila to rotate.
i have played with several women golfers already, consistent ang swing and ikot ng balakang.
