Playing at Casino..

I think they have a policy there wherein a family member can request an addicted kin to be banned from playing in all casinos nationwide. Just make a letter to the casino management with a photo of the person to be banned with all the family members' signatures. hope this will help those with such a problem....

pinaka malaki na natalo sa akin..20k (yun ang max na limit ko sa sarili) sa roulette..

yr 98' sa Vegas..nanalo ako sa roulette ..nabawi ko yung ginastos namin ni mrs (plane ticket).tumama rin pala ako sa lotto (10 bucks)

binigay ko na lang dun sa mexican tourist driver.

yr 96' sa Macau naman..tumama rin ako sa slot 7/7/7 (kalimutan ko na kung magkano)..di ko rin naiuwi yung pera sa HK..naiwan lahat sa Macau...na harang ako ng mga Russian Mafia..hehehe

sa Holiday Inn (malate).. nanalo ako ng almost 200k (mga 1 hr lang) sa roulette. di na rin ako bumalik (baka mabawi pa nila)..

last time ako pumasok sa Casino is in Tagaytay (last yr)..sinamahan ko lang pinsan ko from abroad. talo ako ng 2k...pero, di na rin ako pumapasok sa Casino..baka maubos yung pinag-hirapan ko. dati rin ako nagsasabong!! hehehe

I don't like gambling pero katuwaan lang me and my family went to Vegas last year at nanalo kami sa slot machine worth around 1K. Pauwing LA inubos namin sa shopping hehehe.

I know friends who got addicted. Sabi try lang daw. Na-adik. In the end, talo sila.

Any form of gambling is money wasted and time wasted. Spent it in other things, watch a movie, buy a book, eat good food.

whenever i lose money when betting/gambling, i take it as a sign from God that He's gonna make me work hard for the money B)

madami rin nakwento si ermats sa sob stories wherein ang ganda na ng pagnenegosyo, ung tipong nakaupo lang sila just waiting for money to come to them. tapos mababalitaan mong iba na ang may ari o nagsara na. the reason? sugal

can't imagine what it would feel like, gaining everything just to lose it over something like that. if you lost money on a business venture, that would be ok(assuming you did your best); but on gambling? that just doesn't make any sense to me

a family friend of ours, she's a chinese indonesian, they used to have a steel factory and malakas ang kapit kay suharto ba yun?, all gov't contract sa indonesia meron silang cut she used to lose $1 million a night back in '70-'80, ngayon nasa HK na nakatira ang wala ng pera.....

the only thing i bet on is sports and blackjack. it makes the games more fun to watch and i feel i have a better shot of winning, especially when i really know the teams that are playing. blackjack naman, mas maganda yung odds mo vs. the house and it's the only game where i ever won any money at a casino

as for stories, hmm.. mom used to work in PAGCOR as one of the top honchos and from time to time, I get stories ranging from the type of girls hanging around the casinos to the nut cases that abound there. there was also the occasional card shark and the dealer who purposely displays the newest card / palm tricks to the Managers (with me as a kid watching in awe at the dexterity in which the dealer performs his "tricks")

I saw some celebrities hanging around, parang mga lamok sa mga regulars..

One time, pinasok ng syndicate yung isang casino. they work the tables and they often focus on a dealer who's usually a newbie. or, sabay-sabay sila mananalo then in one fell swoop, all of them will walk away, never giving the house a chance to take back their winnings. malaki talo ng PAGCOR pag ganun.

before, pinapatama nila ang slot machines according to obscure anniversaries observed here and abroad.. and remember, everything is controlled by chips / computers.

marami ng nasirang buhay sa sugal...
from small time bularit (sabong) to millions of pesos bet...

yung ngang friend ko may kilalang runner na ibinebenta ang mga na sabotage na gamit from bettors...

kaya ako nanonood na lang ako kapag may concert sa casino...

dahil sa casino calculated na nila ang panalo nila.
