Before the game against Minnesota on Sunday, somebody in the Celtics locker room posted a photo of Ricky Davis and Mark Blount, former Celtics now with the Timberwolves, embracing after Davis' shot beat Boston last month.

Celtics coach Doc Rivers wouldn't reveal who posted the bulletin-board material, but before the game said he hoped it would motivate his young team.

It did.

After being arrested on Monday for domestic violence charges, the Kings have excused Ron Artest indefinitely with pay.
"The Kings have excused Ron Artest indefinitely from any further participation with the team due to his arrest today for domestic violence," president of basketball operations Geoff Petrie said in a statement. There will be a full investigation on this, but it sounds like there is a good possibility Artest could be out of action for a while.

he had an injury in the playoffs(before he went on to sign with the magic) pero he aggravated it... took him a long time to recover and from there hindi na nya nakuha yun dating athleticism nya...
