Whhhooooahhh......BDiddy+Eric Gordon+Thornton+Camby+Kaman ==> Clips in 09 Playoffs? It's a thought worth pondering now after the Sixers' coup of Elton Brand.
But what happens to Denver? AI is now back where he started....damn!
Tim Donaghy made repeated phone calls to a second referee at the same time he provided inside information to professional gamblers during the course of the 2006-2007 season, according to court documents and phone records obtained by FOXNews.com.
The records show Donaghy placed 134 calls to referee Scott Foster — more than the 126 calls Donaghy made to his bookie — between October 2006 and April 2007, the period during which he has confessed to either betting on games or passing on game information to gamblers.
The possibility of involvement by a second ref could present devastating implications for the NBA. If the phone calls showed any illegal activity between the two referees, the league would then have to face what in legal terms would be a criminal conspiracy in its officiating crew.

let's not get ahead of ourselves with the Clips....playoffs? finals?
their only two proven performers are injury prone, and one doesn't play offense. they have two guys (Gordon and Thornton) who are still mostly unproven potential. their man in the middle is solid.
remember that GSW didn't even make the West playoffs last year ;)

First it was Baron to LAC then Pietrus to Orlando and O'Bryant to Boston....Matt Barnes to Phoenix...now Azubuike to LAC...GSW is in full rebuilding mode.
What's left of their roster? Monta, Jacko, Biedrins, young guns Belinelli, Wright and Randolph with new hires Maggete and Turiaf. I have a nagging thought that GSW and LAC just exchanged fortunes with the Baron Davis defection to tinseltown
Why didn't the GSW just pay Baron Davis to stay when they are willing to dole out (I think in the same ballpark amount) for the salaries of Maggete and Turiaf?
Ronron will fit in Adelman's system, he's done it before when the Kings under then coach Adelman made San Antonio work harder for their eventual championship run.
Now with Tmac and Yao, you just have another sleeper in the deep and talented western conference.
