man, i dont know whether to feel bad about nowitzki & the mavs losing or to feel great yao is proving to everyone that he deserves his superstar status (lotsa guys on some nba boards were saying he was only in the all-star line-up coz he's got 1 billion chinese voting for him)

    IMO somewhat true.

Pero they still can't take away the fact that Yao can play at the same level with Shaq and Tim D.

I like the Mavs, but I also want to see Yao and the Rockets advance to the 2nd round, I think the current line-up of the Rockets is complimenting Yao and TMac's game in the sense that the other guys knows what their roles are and that is to support TMac and Yao.

    my dos centimos.

Well, it is true that he's in the All Star game because of the number of Chinese (heck, probably most Asians) votes.

Like this year, Amare should've started at center, but Ming will always get the votes (ala Carter)....

I do agree with you though. Between Dallas and Houston, I want Dallas to advance to the conference finals, I think they were really great this season and Houston just creeped up post ASW.

But then again, I've always been a Houston fan since the 90's and it's great to see it rise to the top again (I think almost everybody likes to see a former championship team do well). In addition, the T-Mac/Yao tandem was such a big suspense when the season started and people are just really excited to see how well it is working right now.

Really a tough series to "side" on... I'd like to see Hous vs Pho though, high scoring vs tough D...

Yup he put up good numbers, but he still has the same old sticky fingers, doesn't want to give up the ball. In short bwakaw , did you see his reaction when his Parter in crime, Cat Mobley got traded? Parang nawalan ng significant other.

Detriot v.s. Miami in the second round? Sounds good, its gonna be a WAR, elbows flying, tempers flaring, galore. Can't wait.

Sino kaya 6th man? I'd give it to Ricky Davis.... Rookie of the year dapat Gordon talaga... Defensive, malamang si Big Ben nanaman...
