Love em or hate him, Bruce Bowen gives the Spurs an edge defensively ala Dennis Rodman... in terms of getting in opponents heads, see how the Raptors folded after Carter was ejected. IMO Carter should just give Bowen a cheap shot instead of going after him, tignan natin kung makakauwi ng buhay si Bowen kung ginawa niya yun kay Barkley o kay Jordan.

IMO, it's not Saunder's fault, only KG, Sczerbiak and Hoiberg are giving their best every game. the rest are just playing like they're just going through the motion, specially that overrated Olawokandi. No heart = NO win.

Its the NBA, you don't get results the coach gotta go... in most cases. If you want to blame someone for the freefall of the Wolves, blame Sam Cassel and Latrel Sprewel, the same people who helped the Wolves to the conference finals are the ones resposible for this mess. Trade both of them, kahit mga bangko kapalit ok lang just to rid of the wolves of selfish fools.

As the saying goes.....coaches are expendable. But I think even Coach Phil Jackson can't contain the Cassel and Spree. Who would?

i forgot to mention in my previous bowen-carter post that carter himself was injured by bowen using the same move.

i read an interview with carter in the new york post, and he said that both he and lawrence frank warned the refs about bowen's dirty tactics...apparently bowen tried it once and vince complained to the refs but they did nothing. the second time was when he snapped and confronted the guy.

if all this is true, i don't blame carter at all

Its true, saw the reply of this last season, same move with Michael Finley which also resulted in a nasty sprain. If Vince wanted to retaliate have one of his teammates go after Tim Duncan or Tony Parker, or Manu Ginobili, wala atang enforcer yung Nets. Thats the way to do it, not blatantly going after Bowen.

Mizkaro: Si Distrito garapal sa tirahan, Bowen is more subtle.

Cassell, tawag sa kanya ng mga NBA columnist is Sam I am name speaks for itself.

Bruce Bowen, Idol yata nito si Jawo, Distrito, Onchie Dela Cruz sino pa ba.

    David,

Subtle ba si Bowen? How about Biboy Ravanes? Baka pwede na siya i compare kay Bowen. Hehehe

Hahaha, I remember that famous "I got to feed my family" line from Spree, its pathetic if you ask me... a guy making US$ 14M this season making that statement. Shows you how greedy people can get.

good idea. there's this guy Peter Worrell who plays for my hometown NHL Florida Panthers...role niya talaga yung enforcer. kapag tinira ng kalaban yung star player namin, tsaka siya pumapasok. he comes into the game for no other reason than to fight, so pag pinasok siya excited lahat ng tao

he's a huge black guy and can really pound someone...minsan tumatalsik pa yung dugo sa glass nung rink.

maybe he can sign a 10-day contract with the next NBA team to play against the Spurs...? wala siyang ginagawa ngayong naka-lockout ang hockey...hehe

Tindi ng Suns/Jazz game hehe... 19pt 18 asst by Nash, 42/12 by Amare, Richardson had 22... Kung di lang nainjure si Nash lupet na ng record nila.

MVP - Steve Nash. Forget about Tim Duncan, or Shaq. Without Nash... 0-fer yung Suns.

The gloom and whining brought into the locker room by Sam Cassel and Latrell Sprewell have also affected other players. Troy Hudson doesn't play with energy, and neither does Trenton Hassel.

Makes me think they should trade all four of them to Portland which is the dumping ground of talented but problematic players.
