    OT: Kapag bagong kain ka ba kailangang maglakad-lakad ka muna?

    Sinabihan ka na ba ng ganito: "Pare, nabusog ako. Lakad-lakad muna tayo para matagtag yung kinain natin."

    ang pag kakaalam ko pwede basta pinagpapawisan ka pa or hindi ka pa nakakapagpahinga. pansin niyo yun mga boxers binubuhusan lagi ng tubig sa ulo after every round kaya sa tingin ko pwede basta ur still sweating at isa pa bawal malamig na tubig

    There is no medical term for pasma. But the best thing to do before and after engaging in to any active sport is to do 5 min. warm-up and 5min cool down exercises respectively so that the body particularly the muscles can recuperate from fatigue and accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles. The cool down period will also help replenish the energy that you lose during the activity much faster.
    I would advise against taking cold showers right after any vigorous activity, give your body atleast some time to recover since cold temperatures will constrict the blood vessels therefore delaying the blood to carry the nutrients much needed by the muscles to recover. Doing the cool down exercises and a few minutes rest would be more appropriate. This will also help to prevent cramps and prolonged muscle soreness. Examples of warm-up and cool down exercises would include stretchin or some form of calisthenics.
    In response to sir boybi's question, from a physiological standpoint, I think there's nothing wrong with your hair being a little damped while going to sleep.

    Lakad is ok lang, but exercising right after is a nono. Back in my college days our instructor told us to give atleast 2 hours for your stomach to digest the food, the stomach needs energy and enough blood supply to do its job. Doing exercises right after eating will divert blood supply to the muscles being exercised and may therefore may lead to stomach cramps.

    I play competitive basketball long time ago. After game ligo kaagad kami sa gym namin wla hot water kaya kahit malamig sige ligo.

    Ngayon medyo may edad na ako early thirties tinatamaan na ako nang body pains lalo na sa gabi at malamig ang simoy nang hangin

    Ngayon nga sapol na ako nang sumasakit baywang dahil madalas matuyuan nang pawis yung baywang ko.

    Kung pwede wag muna maligo yun muna kung may mainit init na tubig d go!

    Na-experience ko yan. Sa sobrang init ng panahon, pinagpapawisan ako habang naliligo ako.

    Ang problema kapag natulog ka na basa pa ang buhok, pagka-gising mo ayaw ng bumalik sa dati yung porma ng buhok mo kahit anong suklay gawin mo. Kapag natupi siya, tupi na siya hanggang maligo ka ulit.
