Natatakot na talaga ako. Since my 20s fear ko na ang kidney problem. I know I abused my body when I was younger. I really abused it.

Ok lang yung natural method. Pero magpatingin jka sa doctor to know your options and what works and what doesn't and what is just BS. Tsaka bka hindi ka naman high blood talaga. Normal yung every now and then tumataas BP for a short period (like exercising). Pero if its elevated even when at rest, problema na yan.

120/90 isn't that bad yet. But, I would get started with simple exertions. An hour-long walk, for example. Start slow and pick up the pace with subsequent walks.

Wear your sneakers and walk around the mall, unencumbered and taking the stairs if necessary. You can spend 2-3 hours there easy.

You also have a dog. Take it out for a long walk.

The onky way to best hypertension is to do something that you fear. Rate your fears, easiest to do and hardest.

Hypertension is connected to the brain. How? Coz the brain signals a particular chemcial in the body to cleanse the veins nad nerves.

That's why most people with hypertension when skydiving loses hypertension

Thats selfish though. Kamuntikan na sya mamatay at less than 40 y/o. Yung anak wala pang 5 y/o. Time is more valuable than money, in this case. Siguro mejo nayanig sya sa stroke.

Selfish indeed, its ok if the stroke ends it then in there, but what if youre bedridden for 5 or 10 years, what then? Food is easy to manage, if its emotional eating, vices and stress, kinda different

Yes i agree sir. Its still unfair sa loved ones to take care of you bed ridden when nung malakas ka pa e all you do is eat lang. And in most cases being bed ridden is bec of preventable illnesses. In his case kitang kita sa katawan na ticking time bomb and ang katwiran e ayaw daw nya maging alagain sya. Parang ung YOLO culture ng mga teens ngayon. Ayaw na daw nya umabot ng 60, mamatay sa saral kumbaga. Well mabuti nalang nabuhay sya with minimal damage. Kasi kung na bed ridden sya how do you take care of a 400lbs guy. Ang tunay na YOLO lifestyle is taking care of oneself and being responsible diba sir. Kasi nga you only live once.
