August 19th, 2016 06:14 PM #47Yung housemate ko pagka laki, as in obese. Normal BP. While others na pagka payat, struggling to normalize yun BP nila. But we all know ticking time bombs yung mga ganon. And baka kasi it runs in the family. My dad. no vices, controlled diet, jogs and exercises regularly, now has cancer and hypertension. That's why i quit smoking na and lately, active na ako. Thats life =)
