    Hard me to reach raven 5000 steps with the wfh setup.

    For me fastest way to lose weight was keto. Lost 20lbs in 5 months before. Now trying IF (16/8), but results aren’t as fast as keto. Just started with IF 1 1/2 months ago.

    Well never counted calories hehe. Nung keto, normal eating just without the cards & sugar. With IF now, normal eating just skipping breakfast , & still no rice.

    Thats what my mom is doing.. and shes wondering why she's not losing weight lol.

    I used to walk around the village even if it was raining. I just carried an umbrella.

    But with this pandemic, it is risky to get sick. So if it is raining I just walk under the roof of our garage, which is adjacent to our garden. That's about 18 meters in length, back and forth. Or, the perimeter of our garage... Worst case, stationary walking....

    If there's a will, there's a way....😃😍

    Ang taas pala ng calories ng half pound burger! Almost 1k calories e ideally less than 500 for lunch or dinner ako (admittedly I like to snack and that makes me fat LOL)

    yup!
    but if you go basic patty + bun only...
    you can bring it down to 250 calories.
