    Even before the pandemic...

    In my case, no rice - I lost 10lbs+ in 6 months

    Then, very very little or no sugar - I lost another 10lbs+ in 6 months

    I walk > 12Ksteps per day.

    Overall, I lost over 25lbs in one year.

    Averate resting heart rate is 60bpm

    If you feel deprived in the process to weight loss, likely you will over-compensate and bounce back to your old weight.
