    I'm saying it's possible. My gf most of the days eats konti oatmeal sa breakfast, and sky flakes and canned tuna for lunch. No dinner. Pag napilit ko lang, dun kakain ng rice,and yes, hindi nya maubos buong cup.

    wow, yan ang minimal meals. She is on a diet or she just doesn't like food? I love food but my main meals are measured, the person who prepares my food knows the measurement and grams by heart already. Also, on weekends I eat whatever kasi I don't wanna be KJ among my friends na marami restriction when eating out

    Pakibasa na lang yung cup, doesn't it say 1/4? 100 g is 1/2 cup and that cup CLEARLY indicates 1/4 cup which is 50 g. You keep on insisting that I eat more rice than I actually do. In fact you are saying I eat double.

    Nasa harap mo na evidence hinde mo pa rin matanggap.

    Sobrang taas pala ng calories ng bread. carbs na, mataas pa calories. It's really best to stick to boiled chicken breast or plain pork chop or steak.

    I know that bread is bad but I am surprised with how bad it is :P

    just like most foods,
    bread isn't bad.
    over-indulging in it, is.

    but satiety-wise, rice is better.

    I bought some moringa bread and its 130cal per serving. Not gonna get this again lol.

    I have some whole wheat bread for bowel movement. 60g is 170c. Not sure why i shyt so good with this.

    Yup mabilis talaga kapag low carb but not sustainable. Manghihina ka rin kasi you need carbs for energy. It's all about caloric deficit talaga. Tsaka pang matagalan yan to keep the weight off. Portion control is the key and little to no sugar.
