    gano ba kasafe tong mga energy drink ngayon? (OB ikaw tong health conscious pakisagot +/- effects.)
    pag puyatan effective naman to. dati nung nagaaral pa ako naaddict din ako sa mga yan lalo na cobra, sa trabaho noon pag nag OT umiinom din ako niyan. pero marami na rin naglalabasan news/blogs na masama daw ito sa katawan.

    I am not a big fan of energy drinks,First i don't like it Second these are quite injures for our health.Because energy drinks instantly boost up our energy level and stamina,after certain duration suddenly our energy level goes down fast even below our normal level which is harmful for us.

    i used to drink one everyday. tinigil ko kc parang may sudden pain sa kidney area na naramdaman ko, yan lang naman nadagdag sa eating/drinking habit ko. Ngayon ung red bull and lipovitan na lang binibili ko pag need ng pampagising.

    hindi ko sinasanay katawan ko na uminom ng ganyan, pagnasanay katawan mo, feeling mo madali kang manghihina kapag walang energy booster na naiinum.

    maybe if your are doing heavy work-out, marathon, biking it could help. but as an everyday drink? i wouldn't recommend it.

    gives off a sudden high because of the sugars.
    but after it wears off, you are at a down.

    ako, parang wala akong maramdamang effect. gaano ba katagal bago mag-epekto ito?

    Try niyo yung monster energy drink, di siya sobrang tamis like cobra pero pucha di ako pinatulog, 4am na ko nakatulog pahirapan pa at nagising ng 8am for no apparent reason, pagkagising ko di pa rin ako makatulog. Naglinis na lang ako ng kotse. Haha.

    I used to take gatorade and that effervescent tablet when I was still in school. It gave me the needed focus of 16 hours a day. Just a month before the exam, I got so anorexic that I wasn't eating right, so i took those "power boosting" drinks to drown the chocolates, with coffee and adrenaline, I got what I wanted.

    Now, I do not need these anymore. Been caffeine free for about 3 months already and here I am, a 4 hour sleep is still good and makes me function good.
