While she is clearly wrong, I can not help but feel she is trying to make a point. If they cannot get their own people in line (Sinas et al) or arrest VIPs like Uson and Koko, arresting her and others (now numbering in the thousands, including medical frontliners and aid workers) is just hypocrisy.

I think the bottomline is never disrespect the people in active duty. If they have warned you multiple times about the existing law, they are doing their job.

Sinas and his men who attended the party are those who breached protocol. They will be charged sooner.

Yeah I heard they already got "clearance" to file charges. Nice. LOL! Meanwhile ordinary folks get instantly paraded, fined, whacked, imprisoned and in one case killed.

Jogger’s Lung Collapses After Running With Face Mask

This is the problem of wearing face mask doing strenous activity.... or by just simply walking long distance makes you hard to breathe.

Actually every time I had the chance to cross a checkpoint, I observed that many of our kababayans would act as if they are entitled to cross. When asked and confronted, most would sarcastically answer back at the uniformed men. Others would show some provocative stance against the frontliners. Kaya din siguro napipikon ang mga nagbabantay. Circumstances dictate perhaps?

    lockdown fever.
we're just angry and frustrated at it all, that's why we are quick with our mouths.
if they provided comfortable seats by the beside for cooling down and breathe deeping before aproaching the blockade, things would probably be more well-behaved on both parties.

    suggestion:
    provide bicycles.
if the pagdadalhan is just around the corner, blockade person can just, "akina po. ako na ang magdadala".

Some people intentionally run/work-out with masks to increase stamina. It forces your heart and lungs to work harder. That man might have really weak lungs to collapse like that

The incident of the “viral” girl recently is very common from where I have been. I think the frontliners would just expect a little respect. I did not have problems transferring stuffs across because I address every tanod, pulis or military on the checkpoints as “sir” or “boss”. They would even assist me carrying them. I believe that “kind words are good medicine”.

Wala sa kind words or respect it's a ****ing herd lockdown in their area. Anong mahirap intindihin doon? Tinawagan pa yun BF yata as if meron magagawa sana pinapunta niya doon pera nagsama silang dalawa sa kulungan.

Saka I'm so fed up with the pinoy mentality na "sila muna hulihin bago ako" eh sorry ka ikaw na timing ngang eh.

Ang hilig magturo sa iba. Saka yan entitled attitude na dapat kinuskos nila yun mukha niya sa kalsada para mag kapeklat

I understand your sentiment, and it is very correct. However, these stuff should be done by both sides. I believe we all have encountered rude priviledged policemen. And given the current "scandals" by their superiors, we can't help but criticize them. The powers lent to them were given because they have a responsibility. It's not priviledge.

Its the sweat soaking the mask. The effect is similar to getting waterboarded.

...."Dr. Baojun further explained that those with pre-existing lung conditions should take care when using face masks while exercising. As seen with Mr. Zhang’s case, safety measures end up stressing his physical health more than keeping him safe."

there are two types of violators.

type 1 - "heto multa. i-lista nyo. good for five episodes yan, ha!"
type 2 - "magpakulong na lang ako. tena, boss. anuba menu sa bartolina nyo? may aircon at wifi ba?"

    heh heh heh.
