It seems every generations experience these kinds of events. My grand parents experienced world war 2, my parents experienced martial law. And our generation is experiencing this pandemic.

I think it'll help if you stop checking news about this pandemic. You need to seek professional help when it's safe to go. In thr meantime, maybe you could have some Chamomile and lavender teas. Good luck, God Bless.

try to slowdown bro, i find your update contribution to this thread as very informative.
baka makakatulong sa iyo na ma-refresh pabalik ang pre-pandemic health mo by temporarily shying away from this thread!

honest question... when do you think the lockdown should be lifted?

    what's your cut-off

    what's your gauge or indicator?

when we have zero new cases?

pero SK and HK achieved zero new cases pero nagkaroon parin ng new infections

i always wonder ano ang cut-off ng mga gusto i-extend ang lockdown

    ano ang hinihintay nila makita

Pick-up a new hobby sir, or try learning a new thing. Might help. Sa akin gardening during the weekends helped plus turning off the internet connection.

Pets can be helpful too, and babies hehehe. Nakakahiram kami sa siter ko eh.

Try to exercise. Clean your car if possible [emoji1362]

Kanina lang I feel so tamad. Then I saw the sunlight (around 9am) and decided to trim the plants and clean our small garden. Sarap ng araw! Isang oras lang natapos na ako. Felt very good. Vitamin D boost [emoji1362]

Glad I have a liquor stash. Alcohol is the only thing that's keeping me sane in this pandemic.
