In Baranggay Tatalon in Q.C., a healthworker died last Monday. Test results still not out, so probably not counted as China Virus casualty. Parents are angry at you know who for saying they're "lucky".

Even if he did commit any violation, it was committed before the law was enacted. ex-post facto law. You don't have to be a law student to know that.
