Sir how about travel from Manila to Abroad (Example, Singapore) ban din kaya? Nag aantay lang kami ng travel ban para may reason kami na makapag demand ng full refund sa flight namin pa Singapore.

Pwede, only domestic flights outside MM. Rebook ka nalang o lagay sa travelfund, if cebpac. Hanggang walang travel ban, no refund ang airlines AFAIK

I know EVA & other airlines refunded those who sought during the brief Taiwan travel ban.
